Waiting

The mornings are getting darker when I start out walking and I'm getting to see the sun rise again.

It was 60 degrees out this morning and a bit on the humid side.

Very quiet on this early Saturday morning.  Didn't see any one else out walking.

Walking along one of the corn fields a baby deer ran out of the field and nearly ran into me.  It made a quick turn around and ran right back into the corn.  I must have given it quite a fright!!

I walked 6.2 miles - 12,575 steps.
Don't find many coins around here.  This month it was just  12 cents - a dime and two pennies.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just around home this morning doing a few things around the house.  Mary Jo arrives this afternoon so I'll probably just sit out on the porch waiting for her.
Mary Jo is getting a ride here with her son, daughter and daughters family.  It just happens that Mary Jo's ex husband lives just 6 1/2 miles down the road from us!!  Isn't that some coincidence?!! Her children are going to visit their father so it was so easy for them just to drop her off here.  Her ex is remarried and all get along and they have invited her, Ken and I to a cookout at their house tomorrow evening!  I've made a cucumber salad to bring as well as some chocolate chip cookies.  Should be a fun weekend.  : )
Take care my friends.
Have a great day.
This and that
It was 56 degrees and a bit foggy up in the hills though I could see the sun shining in town.  I was just up high and walking through some low hanging clouds.
I was back to walking my regular route this morning.
This picture of the ducks is the same little farm pond where I took the picture of the heron I posted a few days ago.  I zoomed in to take the picture.  I pass by quite a few of these little ponds.
 My friend Cheryl called while I was walking.  She is planning on a visit some time in September.  : )
Always enjoy my walks. : )
I walked 6.5 miles - 12,331 steps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We walked to the bank this morning which is right down the street and on the way home stopped at our neighbors house where they are having a yard sale.  Well, not exactly our neighbors but their relatives.  They are Mennonites and have a large family so it is a pretty big yard sale.  We did very good and only bought a couple of red gas cans and a funnel for $5.

We drove up to Walmart and did the rest of our food shopping for the week.  We passed quite a few yard sales on the way.  We didn't stop.  I guess because it is Labor Day weekend and the last weekend of summer there will be lots of people up here at the lake and it is a good time for yard sales.

It's been a nice sunny day.  We sat on the porch eating our apples and watching the traffic drive by.  Yesterday I bought three kinds of apples,  Granny Smith (my favorite), Red Delicious (Ken's favorite) and some Galas.

I think we will be getting new neighbors in the near future.  Saw a home inspector over there the other day walking around with his clipboard.

Home for the rest of the day.  Having hot Italian sausages cooked out on the grill for supper.  I've made some macaroni salad earlier to go with them.  Looking forward to sitting on the porch again later too.

Life is Good. : )
Hope your Friday finds you happy.

Spare room and new counter tops

68 degrees and a little foggy in places when I started out walking.  The sun was trying hard to shine through but didn't make it till later in the day.  But then it was a beautiful sunny day.

I walked straight along the main road today.  Walked 3 miles in one direction which was 1 1/2 miles down a hill,  then 1 1/2 miles up a hill.  Turned around, crossed the street, then back down the hill, and up a hill.  And these are not little hills!!!  It might appear to be a bit boring walking straight up one road and back but there is beautiful scenery all around me.  I think this will be a good route during the winter when the snow comes.  They do a great job of keeping the main road plowed and I should have the nice wide shoulder to walk along.

I stopped on the bridge and took a picture of the stream down below.
I saw one other person out and she was jogging through town.  The only animals I saw were some cows off in the distance.

I walked 6 miles - 11,505 steps
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I took a ride up to the Hilltop Market to pick up some nice fresh produce today.  Ken and I have been going there together but I haven't been driving my car very much lately so I went on my own today.  It was a nice ride up and down hills and windy streets and with my car it made the drive fun!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I haven't painted the spare room but have tried to make it nice and comfortable.  Ken made the bed frame, and I washed new sheets (line dried) and arranged the furniture.   Here's your room Mary Jo.  Hope you like it. : )
Here's a few pictures.

It doesn't have a bathroom off the room but there is a full bath right next to it.

 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are replacing the green laminated kitchen counter tops and stainless steel sink with Corian and went and ordered it today.  We found a small family run business to do the work.  We should have the new counters in two or three weeks.
It was hard to pick a color but we decided on this color called Platinum.  It is sitting on the green counter top we now have so you can see what we are replacing.
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I took the chili I made a while ago out of the freezer earlier in the day so I don't have to cook a supper tonight.  Just have to heat it up.  Sounds like a good idea right about now because I'm getting hungry.

Oh I almost forget to say that we stopped in the Shop and Save too and they were having a sale on ice cream so we stocked up again.  We haven't tried this brand before, in fact I've never heard of it.  'Hagan' and one of the flavors I picked out is called Whooopie Pie.  That's what I'll be having for my snack later.  : )

That's it for today.
Hope your day is happy and bright.

Home Today

It looked like rain this morning so I took along my umbrella, but it never rained, so it just became a walking stick. : )
We haven't been setting the alarm any more now that Ken doesn't have to get up and go to work but most days I still wake up at 6:00.  Today though I didn't wake up till 7:30!!!! so got a late start on my walk.

I saw quite a few school buses around picking up kids and holding up traffic but by the time I made it over to the school, the kids were all in school and traffic was back to normal.

Walking down the road I took this picture and put an arrow where I figured my house is.  I'm about 2 1/2 miles away from home here.
Just another picture of some cows.  For some reason I'm fascinated with cows.  I'll have to meet a farmer one of these days and maybe be able to meet one.  They are curious creatures and seem gentle for being so big.
Just a shortish walk today.  Since it was late and I didn't eat yet, I was really hungry so headed home sooner to eat breakfast.

I walked 4.8 miles - 9,468 steps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The eBay auction for our trailer ended today at 12:00 and unfortunately it didn't sell.
I made some chocolate chip cookies today for the first time since we moved here.  It's a good oven - exactly 10 minutes baking time and they came out perfectly.
It's been a cloudy day with rain showers so we've just been at home.  Sometimes it's nice to have a stay at home day. : )
Hope your Tuesday is a good one.
Bathroom Finished
I left at 6:30 this morning which is my normal time for walking so the sun wasn't up past the mountain yet, but it was light, 52 degrees and the sunny once it got over the mountain.
A heron flew right over my head and landed in a little pond at one of the farms.  The pond was up a ways on the farm so I had to zoom in to get the picture.  I don't see a heron around here very often.
I thought there might be a bit more traffic around today because it was the first day of school but it didn't seem to make much difference.  It is an elementary school and I pass the school around 7:30 and a little earlier than school starts.  I did see a couple of buses and a few kids waiting on corner but that was it.
I took a picture of the one of the little cemeteries off in the distance that I walk around.  Arrow pointing where it is.  It's about a mile away and I'll be there in 15 minutes.  I'm near the school.
Here I am at the cemetery and I put an arrow from where I took the first picture.
Some weeds have found a place to grow between a building and the road.
Such a nice morning to be out walking.
I walked 6.3 miles - 12,598 steps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ken went up to Happy Trails but I stayed home because I had things to do around the house.  I got the lawn mowed too.

This butterfly stayed around for quite awhile on the cone flowers so I got to take a lot of pictures.  Here's one of them.  I'm putting more of them up on my photo blog tomorrow.
The bathroom is completely done now which makes me very happy.  I'm done with painting for a while even though more has to be done, it can just wait!!
Here is the old light fixture.  The reflection is making the ceiling look dark rose as well but it is really white.
 Here's the new fixture and towel ring and the new color.
New towel rack and TP holder.
The color below is pretty close to what it actually looks like.
So that's it for today.  It's been a good one.  Hope your day has been a good one too.

Mennonite Auction

No rain today - had a beautiful sunny walk.  It was 56 degrees. Walked here and there around town on no special route this morning.  Very quiet around town and didn't see any one else out except people going to work.  No animals either.

I cut my walk a little short today and only walked
5.3 miles - 10,333 steps.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Shortened my walk because right after breakfast we left for the Garrett County fair grounds which is just a few miles down the road from home.  Today they were having their 19th Annual Mennonite Fair and Auction and we spent the whole day there.  Before the auction started someone said a word of prayer and we though how nice that was.  Can't imagine that happening in a county public place from where we moved from!!  During the year the Mennonites make things just for this auction and their work is just beautiful.  There was furniture (for inside and out), quilts, gift items, toys, and even a play house with porch and swing.
My favorite quilt was The Tree of Life.  Can't remember exactly what this one went for but they all went for between $500 and the most expensive one went for $1,300.
 This presidents quilt I thought was amazing.
We didn't bid on anything so expensive but we did come home with a couple of things.  I've always wanted a pie rack and this double one came complete with a pecan pie.
We also got a very nice piece of furniture for the trash.
The bottom pulls out which has a large trash can in it.  They drawer above is perfect for the box of trash bags.
Outside the main building where the auction was there were crafts to buy, food to buy and also food to eat while walking around.
We had a lovely day.  : )
Didn't get around to putting the bathroom back together with the new lights, TP holder, and towel racks but when we do, you can be sure there will be pictures posted. : )
I'm thinking for our snack tonight we will have a piece of that pecan pie.
Hope you had a fun Saturday.
More painting
I woke up this morning hearing rain on the roof so it was a rainy walk for me. Temperature was 60 so knew it would be too warm to wear my rain paints so just took my umbrella and off I went.  Well I did wear clothes. : )
I didn't see anyone out at all, just people in cars and trucks.
The top half of me stayed dried but the bottom half was pretty wet!!  I didn't mind though, as you know I like walking in the rain.  The rain falling in the corn makes a great sound.  I held my umbrella away from me for a bit just so I could listen to it.
Even the animals were nowhere to be seen except for a bull who was in the field munching on some grass like it was a sunny day.  Perhaps he too likes to be out in the rain. : )
I walked 6.5 miles - 12,616 steps.
I found a dime.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We never got any calls from anyone to buy our trailer so Ken put it on ebay.  If you would care to watch along with us to see if it goes, you can go to ebay.com and type in the number 231036712252 in the search at the top of the page.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Spent more hours today painting the bathroom.  I put 3 coats on it and used up a whole gallon of paint.  Around the edges could use a little touch up but for the most part is done.  Thank goodness.  It wasn't so bad today because I could see it finished.  I'll probably do the touch up later tonight.  Ken will then install the new lights and I want to get a new towel rack and TP holder.  I can use my blue and white shower curtain from the old house.   I am pleased with the yellow color and it makes for a much brighter room.
I'm thinking the spare room will be a lot easier to paint.  Though it is a bigger room there aren't all those edges to paint like the bathroom.  Besides, Ken is going to help with that one.
Looks like I won't be having fun on the riding mower today - too wet!!
Reading sounds like a good idea.
Hope this Friday finds you smiling often.
New Faucet, Painting and Mary Jo
The ground was wet from the rain last night but no rain for my walk.  It was a warm 60 degrees.
My cow friend came down to see me today.  As you can see she is number 29.  She never moved when I put the camera right up to her.
Most of the farmers here roll up their hay but I noticed this farm still makes the regular rectangle bail hay.  These are not as impressive but I still like to see them all sitting in the field.
Saw the first leaves turning color here already on a couple of trees.
 I walk down the main street for a mile before turning up to the farm roads.  I'm starting to see the same cars and trucks go by and quite a few people wave or toot to me now on their way to work.
Always enjoy my morning walks.
I walked 6.3 miles - 12,191 steps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When I got back home from walking Ken had a little surprise for me.  He installed the new faucet in my bathroom while I was gone.
OLD
NEW
 A very welcome surprise.  You can see the dark mauve color that the bathroom is which I'm not that crazy about.  Since I had the new faucet I thought today would be a good day to continue with the bathroom and paint it yellow with the paint we bought yesterday.  I didn't really feel like painting but wanted to see it done.   Once I started painting I realized this job was a lot bigger than I thought.  There is so much cutting in to do in a bathroom and the yellow was not covering well at all over the dark shiny color.  I painted for hours and finally got one coat up and it looks just awful with only one coat.  The more I painted the less I felt like painting and finally I was just in a bad mood.  Just didn't feel like giving it another coat today.  So packed it in for the day.  I know I'll have to give it another 2 coats but just not today.

I'm out of my bad mood now though. : ) I got out of my painting clothes, had a hug from Kenny and got an email from my friend Mary Jo with some good news.  A week from Saturday she is coming for the weekend.  Our first house guest.  : )  I am so excited that she will be here!!

On that happy note I'll end this post.
Hope your day is a good one.

Rows of sunflowers

56 degrees and just a little bit of fog around when I started out but the sun soon came shining through.  Here are some rows of sunflowers growing between fields of  corn all facing toward the sun and waiting for it to shine fully on them.
It was beautiful out there walking again today.  The weather couldn't be any better.

 I saw Evelena again.  I also saw Lisa who I met a while back but she was far away and didn't see me.  She was running through town.

Every day I see lots of gold finches and the usual rabbits.
I've only seen a couple of squirrels since I've been here and they are little scrawny things and are reddish.  I must look them up and learn some more about them.  Hard to get a picture too because they scampered off so fast!!

This is one of the roads I walk along most every day.  There is another little cemetery along side the church up ahead and the fourth one I walk by!
While walking through town I saw my neighbors Ron and Connie and they tooted and waved as they passed by in the car.

I walked 6 miles - 11,760 steps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We went to Home Depot because that is the closest place to us that sells homasote and Ken needed it for his hobby.  It is in Uniontown, Pa. so we had a nice little ride as well.  While there we also picked up wood to make a bed frame for Cheryl's Room (spare room).  We had a coupon that had to be used by tomorrow so we saved a little money too.  There was a Walmart in the area too and we went there and got two gallons of a light yellow paint.  Since Cheryl's Room is in the basement with only two little windows, I thought a nice yellow paint would brighten it up.  Right now the room is painted a dark rose color.  I'm also going to paint my bathroom the same yellow.
We stopped for lunch at Applebee's which was in Uniontown also.  They have those small lunch plates that are just perfect for lunch.  I thought of my friend Mary Jo when we where there because it was one our favorite places to go to for lunch.
A pet peeve of mine is when we eat out how the servers are so ready to take away all the dishes so fast.  Sometimes, I'm not even finished eating and they are asking to take it out of my way. It's NOT in my way I'm still eating!!  Sometimes they don't even ask and I have to stop them.  What is the hurry, don't they have enough clean dishes!  Unless you have so much food and the dishes are piling up on the table, I think that they should clear the table after we leave.  If one person is finished eating and they remove all the plates, I think if makes the person left eating feeling awkward.  Just a little rant there.  Am I the only one that this bothers?
I guess I could start painting but just don't don't feel like starting it this late in the day.  So a nice sit out on the front porch sounds like a better thing to do. : )
We've had a mix of sun and clouds today and it is bit on the warm side but a very pleasant day.
A happy day to you my friends.
Dad
Quite a bit of fog around and 55 degrees this morning.  You can see the sun trying to shine through there in the picture and it finally did but the fog wasn't completely gone until after I was back home.
I saw the Evalena again walking the loop and we stopped to talk a bit.
Walking around one of the cemeteries I saw two Red Tailed Hawks sitting on the top of a gravestone.  One bigger than the other.  I took out my camera to take a picture but when I turned it on the noise scared them and they flew away.
I walked 6.3 miles and the steps were 12,380.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Last evening after supper the doorbell rang.  It was one of our neighbors coming to welcome us to town with a baked pumpkin roll.  Her name is Evajean and she stayed for a while and we had a nice chat.  I liked her right away. I walked her out the door and on the porch she told me that she is usually very shy but that she was glad she came by to meet us.  She certainly didn't seem shy to me.  She talked up a storm. : )

Friendly cows

60 degrees this morning and just cloudy when I left for my walk.  A mile later a light mist started and later still the mist came down harder and left me pretty damp, but not soaking.  About a mile from home it stopped and I dried off some by the time I got home.  It kept me cool.  : )

I retired another pair of walking shoes.  I bought 4 pair the last time I bought walking shoes because I really liked them so just had to go in my closet and get new ones.

Didn't get to see the hay all rolled up like I thought I would from the other day when the farmer cut the hay down.  It was already rolled and carted away.  He did fast work.

Walking past one of the farms some cows ran down to the fence to see me.  I stopped to talk to them and when I started walking they walked along the fence till we got to the end.
It was a quiet walk and I didn't see any one.  A few goldfinches and that was about it, but it was peaceful and great to be out walking.

I walked 6.2 miles which was 12,084 steps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We have a few little projects around the house that we would like to do.  One is to change the light fixtures in the two bathrooms on the main floor.  There is a small bathroom off the master bedroom which is Ken's and another smallish bathroom in the hall right next our bedroom which is mine.  It is nice to for us each to have our own bathroom. : )  Anyway today we got the new light fixtures for both rooms.  We are also replacing the faucets in both rooms.  Not putting them in today but the first step is to buy them right?
I got a message on my phone from the library saying King Peggy is there waiting for me to pick it up (that is the book club selection) so I walked over there and got it.  When I walked in the library it was nice to hear, "Hi, Karen."  They already know me there. : )
Back home I got the book 'ready to read'.  When I first start a book, I like to read the jacket of the book, then read all the pages to where the book actually starts.  Then I put in a marker, close the book and will actually start reading the book later.  Writing that, it sounds a bit odd, but I do it to all the books I read.
That's what I've been up to today so far.
Hope you're enjoying your Monday.
A day in Oakland
50 degrees this morning as I walked the farm loop, which now consists of walking the two little cemeteries in town and the path behind the park also.  Now THIS is going to be my main route.  I know I keep changing it but had to get it just right. : )  I'm done tweaking it now.
Since last I walked here the hay as all been cut down in this field.  I think it looks so pretty.  Maybe tomorrow or the next day it will be all gathered in those rolls of hay I like so much.  : )
A saw a baby deer and her mama walk across the street from one side of the woods into the other.  Then by the corn fields I saw 4 more deer dart out and then back in the corn.
Lots of goldfinches about and rabbits too.
I didn't see any people out.
I walked 6.4 miles which was 12,315 steps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We went to the town of Oakland which is about 20 miles from our house. We parked the truck and spent the day walking around town.  This is one of the streets in town.
We went in the book store in the picture and we each bought a book.  I loved the store.  It was packed full of books everywhere and it has lots of little cozy nooks here and there.
The library is not far from this street and we walked there too and checked out a book.
The book on the left I bought, the one on the right borrowed.
We had lunch at a little place called Wendy's which was really hopping.  A busy little place. There a some antique stores in town too and we stopped in at a couple of them.  Didn't buy anything but enjoyed looking around.  At the back of one shop there was an old church pew sitting by an open window.  We sat there for a while looking out and feeling the cool breezes.  We were hoping to see a train come by but didn't get lucky.
We drove a little way out of town to another antique store which is in an old school.  I like going there because I remember my grade school being just like it.  The blackboards are still up on the walls there and all the classrooms have a cloak room at the back and a little tiny room up front which was the supply room.  It brought back happy memories from my early school years when I still liked school.  : )

We headed back home but the day still wasn't over.  We stopped at the Creamery by Deep Creek and got ice cream cones.  We ate them out back overlooking the lake.  I thought of you Vee because you and John often stop for ice cream too.  Remember we all did that the day we met?
Then it was time to go home.
We had such a nice time today.  It was really lovely and I will remember it always.

At home the Eggplant finally got made by Ken and I, a joint effort.  Instead of making one big one or two smaller ones, we made 8 individual ones.
We baked two of them for supper and put the other 6 in the freezer for future meals.
 The ones we ate were delicious.  We also had a tomato salad to go along with it.

So that's been my day.  And what a nice one it's been.
Hope you too have made some happy memories today.

A day at Happy Trails

I must have needed some extra sleep because I didn't wake up until 7:10 this morning.  I had planned on only going for a short walk this morning anyway because we wanted to get an early start heading up to Happy Trails.  So I just skipped my morning walk.  We left for HT at 8:00 - I did leave a little early and walked part of the way and Ken picked me up along the way when he left.

There was only a temporary roof with a tarp on one side of the roof on the upper shed because we never had time to finish the roof before we had to bring our stuff up there.  Well today we finished the whole roof.  Ken worked up on the roof while I handed up the metal roof sheets when needed.  The roof was finished by lunch time and we had a little picnic.
I made macaroni salad last night and we made a fire to cook hot dogs.
 Getting the scraps of wood to make the fire we came across this big fat toad.
After we ate we burned some scrap wood and got a pretty nice fire going.  Then noticed that some of the flames were GREEN.  Can you see it there on the left?  That is exactly the color - I didn't do a thing to the picture.  Have you ever heard of a green flame before!?
After playing with the fire it was too late to start another big project and Ken was just puttering around so I decided it was time for me to head home.  It was so nice to be able to just walk back to the house.  So I had a nice little just about 3 mile walk. : )

I'm going outside to sit on the porch in a little while and stay out there until Ken comes home and we have some supper which will be BLT's.  The eggplant got pushed up another day until tomorrow.

Friday got here awfully fast this week. : )
Hope your day is bright and sunny.

The book club

A couple of degrees cooler this morning than yesterday at 46.  It started out foggy but the sun soon burned off the fog.  For a while it was like walking in the clouds.  I'd walk through fog and then a bit of sun and then back into the fog.  Really cool.  There's a cloud up ahead.
I passed by a field with lots of geese just standing there.  They reminded me of all the geese I used to see when I walked the lake.  There were a few crows among them too but they flew away.
I saw what the road workers did from yesterday.  A place where a little stream runs under the road got backed up and flooded.  The road was dug up and a big black pipe was put down and the road fixed.  All in a day - pretty good.

Passed by my new horse friend but he didn't come up to the fence today.  Too busy eating. : )

It was a lovely morning for walking and by the time I was home the sun was out shining brightly.
I walked 6.1 miles which today were 12,052.

We had an early supper last night because the book club started at 5:30.  The library is only a hop skip and a jump away so I could easily walk there.  Sherri, who invited me wasn't there but I told the ladies that she had invited me.  There were 5 others there besides me and they all were very welcoming and friendly and I felt at ease with them right away. : )
They had just finished reading Sweet Tooth (never heard of it) and gave me a quick summary of the book.  It wasn't a favorite book for anyone and they thought it was a bit boring in places.  Then we talked about other books we've read and picked out the next few months books.  Susan, one of the women is one of the librarians and she put our names on a list to round up all the copies of the books for us.  The book for next month is King Peggy by Peggielene Bartels.
Then we just talked about this and that.  I had such a nice time and I'm so happy to be part of this book club.  I've always wanted to join a book club and this is the first one for me.  I thought about taking some pictures but thought I'd do that another time when they knew me better.

We have been buying our produce at a place called Hill Top Farm Produce which sells locally grown food and went there this morning.  Everything just looks so nice and fresh.  I was going to take a picture but forgot.

Home for lunch and then off we went again to do the rest of the shopping at Walmart.  Also stopped at the Shop and Save and the Dollar General to get all our food.  They are all on the same road so it's not like we waste gas to save a few pennies.  Shopping days I really miss the commissary.

Lawn mowing day again and I've really got the hang of the riding mower now and think it is lots of fun to mow the lawn.  I didn't even give Ken a turn this time!!  It takes about an hour and a half to get it all done.

I was going to make Eggplant Parmesan for supper but it was after 5 when I got done with the lawn and neither one of us felt like cooking so we went out to the Mountain State Brewery and got a pizza.  They make a good flat bread oven cooked pizza.

When one of us says, "I've worked hard today."  what we really mean is lets go out to eat.  I was the one who said it today.

So that's been my day so far.  It's been a busy but good day.
Hope you are enjoying your day as well.
