64 degrees this morning again when I left on my walk but didn't leave until 8:00.
Mostly cloudy but did see the sun too.
Walked to town and all around and met Ken at the house
in town once again after getting my 6 miles in.
We were at the house when the inspector was there and so
was the buyer.
Things seem to have gone well except for a few minor things.
Next up will be the closing when the final papers are signed
in a few weeks time.
It sure will be nice to be finished with the whole process!!
Someone has been working hard on the garden down at the Drane house.
This was a tangled mess not too long ago
and now it looks neat and tidy.
I'm thinking they will be putting mulch over the plastic.
Just some pretty blooms I snapped pictures of along my walk.
Had a couple of thunder storms pass through in the afternoon.
Hope your day was a happy one.

...if you have any extra rain, send it me way.
That sure looks nice...it will be fun to watch the progress with your photos. I can only imagine how big of a relief it is going to be when the deal with the house is all done.
Pretty flowers!
Lovely pictures!
It will be good to have this process of selling the house behind you. It will be a great feeling. You and Ken have been working so hard taking care of two properties. Just having that gone will be a blessing. Pretty wildflowers!
We've been lucky on rain and storms lately.
That's really an impressive garden at the Drane House. I hope you will show us more when the mulching is finished. But, most of all, I love the little wildflowers that just show up in unexpected places.
Hi Karen- It is good that You and Ken have a buyer for your old house- this is great news- will be something when it is all done. Best Wishes. KEV.
