Doing the July Photo-a-day Challenge with ChrissyT
Day 7

Started out with a little fog around but that soon gave way to
sun and clouds.
Temperature 67 and calm.
Walked around both of the cemeteries and then
walked up the hill to the school.
Continued walking on the path that goes around the school.
You can see by the picture that not many people walk here.
The grass has grown over the gravel path.
Then walked back down the hill and over to the ball park loop
and walked around there, and then back to the pond.
I was walking down from the cemetery thinking that I haven't seen
Kinsley in quite a while and then there she was getting dropped
off at the day care.
I've missed getting that big hug from her.
She will be starting middle school in September!!
I've known her since she was 4 years old.
I also saw Anna and her dad Mark out walking by the ball park.
Nice to see them again after such a long time.
Anna is a lovely young lady who has some kind of learning disability
and always has a big smile and a hug for me.

Food shopping day and this week we decided to go to the
Walmart in LaVale.
It is bigger with much wider aisles and worth the extra drive.
Clouded up this afternoon and we got some rain.
Finished reading The River We Remember sitting
on the front porch this afternoon.
Great Book.
Supper tonight is Soup Bowl Cabbage Rolls.

Deb - No, I cancelled KindleUnlimited. Felt I wasn't reading enough on the kindle
to make it pay. I get books on BookBub. They have good deals and I end up spending less than on Kindle/Unlimited.

Wonder why no one likes this path? You know, despite all Wal-Marts selling the same thing, there is still a big difference in them. There are 4 around here, and none are exactly the same.
I use Libby. It's very convenient.
your love for hiking is quite infectious. a wonderful picture for today for the photo challenge!! all walmarts are different...i love ours. it's huge, clean and well stocked!!

I'm glad that you had some rain Tuesday. Unfortunately, we did not. Our garden is doing okay but it is soon going to be needing a day or two of continual gentle rain.
