Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Challenge Day 6

Doing the July Photo-a-day Challenge with ChrissyT
Day 6
White

68 degrees this morning when I walked.
A cloudy morning and calm.

Like most mornings I started walking going around both
of the cemeteries.
Then went down the road to the long barn.

Continued through town to the ball park and around there.
Then just around town up and down the side streets
till I had all my steps in.

Saw Bill numerous times as he was going all over town
emptying all the trash cans.

John was out walking Prim and saw them a couple of times too.

Got the sheets washed and hung out on the line.
Still cloudy but the sun came out later and a breeze
came along and the sheets were quickly dried.
They were back on the bed before lunch.

Baked the last batch of chocolate chip cookies for
Bible Time next week.
21 dozen in all.

My daisies out front are starting to bloom.

I'm reading The River We Remember by William Kent Krueger.
I think it is very good.
Sat out on the porch this afternoon and read.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hope your day was wonderful.
