July Photo-a-day Challenge with ChrissyT
Day 22
TREE
Looking up a tree in the back of our house.
Another cloudy morning walk.
It was 66 degrees and a bit windy.
Walked the Farm Loop this time.
I walk about a mile and a half before I turn off the main road.
It sure smelled good walking past the bakery up there to the right.
The donkeys were out at Farmer Bill's farm.
Walking along
Once I got to the school I walked behind it on the path.
Then down the hill back to town and the pond
where my walk ended.
As I passed the ball park I saw Thomas running his laps.

Got some dusting done this morning,
my least favorite house work job.
Then I started on a recipe project.
Went through them and tossed out recipes I've never made
and know I never will!!
Now I am going to organize them all better so I can find
them easily.
Also going to put them all on my recipe blog.
Easy to find them there!!
Made a start today but this is going to be an on
going thing for a little while.
Well, that's about it for this post.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Hope you had a wonderful day.

A great shot looking up at the tree and so nice to see the donkeys.
All the best Jan
Lovely photos, Karen! The donkeys are adorable! And I love the cat meme at the end of your post with the Scripture verse.
I love the tree photo! And the donkeys have to be so fun to see while walking. You got lots of good pictures today.
I need to do a recipe clean out too. I know I've clipped ones that I'll never make.
Your tree photo is so beautiful and stately. I think the flowers may be Sweetpeas.
...tree is a wonderful prompt. Someone has been busy stripping the roads!
Beautiful!
I like the picture of the donkeys and that venerable old tree in the first picture.
It's hard to walk past a bakery and not feel hungry. Especially if you haven't had any breakfast.
I have been trying to do that with my recipes and I then get overwhelmed. I think I'm a recipe pack rat. I collect recipes and have way more than I use.
Hi Karen. I need to reorganize my recipes too. I love the picture of the tree. See you again tomorrow.
Hello,
Love the tree, the donkeys and the view of the farm.
Great photos. Take care, have a wonderful day!
I've always loved the view looking up into a tree.
I can just imagine how good it smelled walking past that bakery.
I need to do something like that with my recipe box. It's a mess and I never seem to be able to find what I want
Love the verse from Thessalonians. That sounds like a worthwhile project you've started! 22 days of July have passed already! Wow. Have a great 23rd day!
Oh WoW, that's a great 'tree' photo! The pics you take while walking, give me the feeling I'm walking with you. :))
Your recipe project sounds like one I need to do. And what a great idea to put them on the recipe blog. Maybe that's what I need to do so I don't have three or four notebooks to look through. :)
