A walk under cloudy skies this morning.
It was 62 degrees and calm.
I walked over to the library and dropped a couple DVD's down the slot.
The same two that we picked up the other day.
Watched one episode of each and didn't care for either one.
my way over to the ball park and walked around there.
Continued up and down some more side streets,
many of them in town little more than alleys.
Here's three of them in a collage.
Ended my walk going around the cemetery on the
hill a few times.
Very quiet around town this early Friday morning.
I went a little earlier today because wanted to leave the house
early to get to church.
I was out walking in town a little before 6:00.

Spent the day at church finishing up a two day Fingerprint work session.
Not that many people showed up but we got a lot of work done!!
Assembled, stapled, cut, and boxed up 9,422 Roman books for the 2 days.
Our goal for the year is 100,000 and it is the half way mark
now that it is June and so far we have done a little over 52,000
so right on schedule.
Sure looking forward to our homemade pizza which we will be
eating in just a little while.
Hope you had a wonderful day.
Thanks so much for coming by.

sounds like a great day. 62 and cloudy sounds appealing as the sun would be hard for me!! doing good work, staying on goal, very fulfilling!! i love homemade pizza, i have not made it in a while!!
YAY for you being on schedule with your books. I had Yucca at my old house and the deer loved it. Janice
Your temperature of 62 degrees sounds lovely ... here in the UK we have been experiencing a heatwave which now thankfully is waning.
Enjoy your pizza.
All the best Jan
Dear Karen, 62 degrees is an ideal temperature for taking an enjoyable long walk! Your photos are lovely, as always, dear friend. Your pizza sounds delicious! Enjoy! I hope you have a lovely weekend.
...those yucca and sweet peas sure are putting on a show.
