Mostly cloudy this morning with just a few peeks of sun.
Not so windy this time (at least not in the morning) and 60 degrees.
Sunrise 6:37
First I walked around the lower cemetery and then through town to the industrial park and walked all around in there.
Back through town and to the pond.
I found most of a penny. This coin has seen better days!!
Rebecca was out walking Lea but she was far away and didn't even see me.

This morning I went to church for Blankets.
We don't just make baby blankets anymore but for seniors as well and pillows too.
Small crowd today, just 7 of us.
I handed in a weave-it pillow for the seniors.
Home for a late lunch.
We had the left over meatloaf from last night on sandwiches.
My new fanny pack came in the mail today.
I got it for when I go walking.
Just big enough to hold my phone, key, tissue, piece of gum, and pepper spray.
That's all I have for today.
Hope you had a wonderful Thursday.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Karen, You are so right about the penny. And it made me wonder … What are your thoughts about the end of the penny? The US Mint is no longer producing the penny. I know, on your walks, you have collected coins and I wonder if you have lots of pennies?
Hi Karen, here in Canada we did away with the penny years ago! Reason...it no longer has value. So everything is rounded up to the nearest dollar.
For example, if you purchase an item and the total is 2.63, it will be 2.65. If it is lower that 2.63, it will be 2.60.
To be quite honest, I don't miss the penny at all!
Your first photo is gorgeous, and I love your bag!
Another beautiful morning for you, even with the clouds. Here it's been raining again and many areas are flooding, roads washed out and dams failing.
Wonder what happened to that penny... Yesterday I thought of you when I found 2 dimes while out!
The bag is perfect for your walking.
Wonderful colours in your first photograph and yes, you are right about that penny seeing better days.
All the best Jan
...Karen, these days a penny won't buy much but, this one will buy even less.
