A cloudy morning walk today and 60 degrees.
Sunrise 7:12
Walked up and down the main street and over to the DG Market.
Turned around and went back through town.
By then it was light enough for me to walk around the ball park
and did that a couple of times.
Lastly walked around both of the cemeteries.
The only picture I took was of the house that is getting
an addition added across from the pond.
Just took the picture and a couple of trucks and workers
arrived to work on the house.
Tomorrow I'll see how much they got done today.
That was the only activity around town.
Pretty quiet and didn't see anyone.
🍁 ☁️ 🍂 🥾
After breakfast and hanging out a load of laundry on the line
we left to go shopping.
This week we went to Walmart because I wanted to see how much
paint was there.
I got a gallon of orange paint called Carrot Cake
and it was $21.
That's a whole lot better than $74 at Lowes.
Did our food shopping, came home and put everything away
and then had lunch.
After lunch the pumpkins got painted and set out front.
You can see them
It was a cloudy morning but a sunny afternoon.
Thanks for stopping by.

The name of the paint is perfect, your pumpkins are cute.
Take care, have a great day!
Those pumpkins are so cute! You could also paint some red and green or gold and silver and make candles for Christmas decorations.
Hooray for $21 paint! What a fun idea for pumpkins using the rounds! Happy October to you!
I love how you turned a simple walk and errands into a full autumn day of creativity. “Carrot Cake” is such a perfect pumpkin color. It really makes them pop. I can imagine how cheerful they look out front, especially after all that effort.
