Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Clouds

75 degrees this morning when I walked and windy.
Weather report was rain and a posable thunder storm but though
I felt a few rain drops time to time it never rained.
Though it was warm the wind kept it feeling cool.
Sunrise 6:10

Walked around both cemeteries and the ball park and all around
town up and down the side streets.

Just me out today, didn't see anyone else.

Interesting looking clouds this morning.

🌸    🌼    🌻

Went to church again today to work on Fingerprints.
A better turnout today.
We were going along fine and then the cutter broke down.
Ken can fix it but it will take a couple of hours so we had to
quit working a little earlier than we would have liked.
Even so we got over 5,000 books done.
Don't know the exact number.

I changed some things around on the porch this afternoon.
Put some things away in the garden shed and made
a sitting area on the porch.

This part of the porch is by the front door.

Walking around the corner is the sitting area.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hope your Friday was super duper.
🤗 HappyK ❤️

I enjoy reading your post and seeing your beautiful pictures everyday. I am in Southern MD. I will start walking when the humidity eases up a bit. It blows my mind how few people hang clothes anymore. I guess our generation was the last of a majority of stay at home moms who had time to hang outside. I hang outside on my metal t posts I had put in when we moved in 30 years ago in the heat or even when there is a bit of snow on the ground. Thank you, your husband and friends for doing God’s work. Take care!

It was in the 90's here in Montreal today and humid. Not 100, but still quite hot and humid. Your sky and patio photos are so beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing.

Looks like an inviting deck. And your windows open, catching the cool mountain breezes. Ahh so nice.

The sun is lighting up the clouds. I ADORE your porch and furniture!!! You have a wonderful porch. And the pastel aqua and pinks are what I would buy if we had a porch. It is so lovely!
