Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Winter again

Winter came back this morning for a while.
25 degrees with snow flurries and windy when I walked.
Had to bundle up again in all my layers.
Sunrise 6:49

Didn't find any coins this morning but found something better a
one dollar bill.

I went to the ball park to walk around that loop first.

On the way I stopped at the post office and dropped some mail off.

Next it was to the cemeteries to walk around both of them.

Kinsley was getting dropped off at day care and I got another hug.
Her mom is Kelly and we had a little chat too.

Walking up the hill to the cemetery met KitKat coming down and
he came over to get his pet.

After walking around the cemeteries I wandered down the main
road to Sale Barn Rd and up there a ways.

Then back to the Jeep and home.
It started snowing a little harder on my way home and after
putting the Jeep in the garage took this picture.

By the afternoon I am happy to say the snow was a thing of the past.

🙂    ☁️    🌨    💰

Food shopping day at Walmart and we left right after breakfast
to get that done.
We had to take a long way around to get there because of an accident.

When home got everything put away which I enjoy doing
and then it was lunch time.

Had planned on getting some housework done, but you know how that goes!!
I put that off again until tomorrow.
I read and knitted.
Not on the shawl this time but finished up the infinity scarf I was working on.

Supper today was fried rice and shrimp.

Hope this was a day of happy times for you.
Thanks for stopping by.

...we "enjoyed" the same weather here today.

We are having a cold snap after our flooding rains. Sometimes housework needs to wait :)

We had snow flurries off and on all day today too, and more predicted for tomorrow.
A whole dollar! Good find!
Housework will wait, it always does!

Oh for goodness sake’s - winter is really playing mind games with you all. I bet you have walked every inch of your town. Is there any part you haven’t explored yet? (Exception to private property)

Hi Karen! Wow, that is a beautiful scarf. I love the color! Our weather has warmed up and we were almost up to 80 degrees today. I am hoping that spring really has come. I am tired of snow. Glad you had another good day. See you again soon!

Your infinity scarf is gorgeous; and I love the color so much!! What a wonderful surprise seeing KitKat. It has been a long time and we are really cat lovers. We are having fried rice for breakfast tomorrow. With eggs instead of shrimp.

I'm the same way about putting the shopping away. Everything has to have its place.
Luckily the snow didn't stay around long. Lucky too that you found a dollar bill ( in spite of the snow).

I think old man winter’s effort to hang on a little longer is failing fast. Green fields and snow don’t look right together.

We did not have snow here but it has been very cold and windy.
Love all the scenes, kitty and photos. Take care, have a wonderful day!

Funny how you enjoy putting groceries away! It's one of my least favorite things to do along with emptying the dishwasher!

Our snow didn't last long either, but the 26 F has more than likely hurt our pear trees that were in full bloom.

That Infinity Scarf is absolutely beautiful, Karen! Love the way the colors mingle together.

Supper sounded really yummy, too.

I am in the minority I realize but we got ❄️ snow here in Montreal yesterday and I don't mind at all. I love ❤️ all the seasons. You have a very nice blog. 👍

That's the same weather we had a few days ago. We are suppose to have April showers to bring May flowers, not snow showers. Janice
