Only 23 this morning when I walked BUT
there was no wind and the sun was shining in a bright blue sky.

Walked around both cemeteries first and then headed over to
the ball park and around that loop.
All 13 chickens were out this time.
Walked up and down the main road and side streets.
A bulldozer was at the lot where the house got torn down
getting the final grading done.
Grass seed and straw will be next I'm sure.
It was so nice walking in sunshine for a change even if it was cold.

I made us French toast for breakfast.
Ken had syrup as usual on his.
I usually put sugar on mine.
Toady I put blueberries and icing sugar on mine.
Washed the sheets and got them drying on the line.
Then we left and went to LaVale.
Stopped at the dump on the way to drop off our garbage.
In LaVale we made a few stops one of which was at Staples.
I needed a new chair at my desk and picked up one there that was on sale.
It is the exact same kind as the one Ken got a while ago.
My old chair was in pretty bad shape with tears in the seat.
I'd had it for a long time.
I finished reading The Unlikely Yarn of the Dragon Lady by Sharon J Mondragon
and thoroughly enjoyed it.
A group of women meet and knit prayer shawls.
The house cleaning got put off once again to tomorrow!!!
Supper was salads with shredded chicken.

I'm so glad that you were able to walk in sunshine today. We had some wind here today, but it was delightful to see the sun shining!
Glad you had a good trip to LaVale. When we lived in Hampshire County, LaVale is where I did the majority of our shopping...both grocery and other businesses in the mall.

No blue sky here yet. Still snow and rain. UGH We had Chinese last night. Took my mom out for dinner. It was so much food we all have leftovers for lunch today. Janice
What a pretty blue sky that is. I need to look for a new desk chair. The one I'm using was the one that my husband used at his desk. The cushion in it is worn down near the front of the seat and it's got a rip in it.
Glad the city is following through and making that piece of land tidy. French toast sounds real good this morning.
