Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Reflection

Had a short walk of only 5,500 steps this morning.
50 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds.
Didn't feel so great and that's why I cut my walk short.
I felt a bit light headed, very thirsty and hungry plus I didn't sleep much last night.
Thought I'd better get back home - didn't want to pass out walking or while driving back home.
Thought maybe I was dehydrated.
Felt quite a bit better after drinking and eating but still tired.

I did manage to walk around the ball park, one cemetery, and around the pond.

Reflection on the Pond

Ken made me take it easy the rest of the day so didn't do much of anything.

Just a short post today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope your Tuesday was a good one.

Oh Gee! You are never sick. You are the hardiest person I know. Glad you took it easy. Hopefully you will be as good as new tomorrow.

Sorry to read this. But 5500 steps is certainly not a SHORT walk. Hope you get to feeling better soon. Praying for the best for you and Ken.

Hope you are feeling better soon Karen - good to have Ken take care of you. Sometimes I feel a bit low on energy- a nap certainly helps.
