On my drive to town I saw four deer.
Was at town and walking at 6:30.
It was a cloudy morning, 52 degrees happy to report no wind.
Sunrise 6:34
When I was there a car pulled in the parking lot and I heard my name.
It was Don, who works at the garage in town.
The work on David's Jeep was done. Don must have written down the wrong number because he couldn't get in touch
with David, which is why he came looking for me.
I told him I'd tell David.
I texted David to tell him.
About 45 minutes later I see see David walking in town.
He had walked to town to get his Jeep.
We walked together for a little bit and then David went and got his Jeep.
Had my usual walk all around town, both cemeteries, and the ball park.

☁️ 🙂 🌺
Baby Blanket day at church so right after breakfast I headed out to church.
There were 12 of us there today.
Food was provided by Denise and Dorothy gave the devotional.
Always enjoy my morning with the ladies.
By afternoon the sun was shining.
It was a little cooler today and not quite warm enough for porch sitting.
I did go outside though and walked around Happy trails a bit.
Happy Thursday and thanks for stopping by.

Anonymous - I have read the Phillip Gulley series and enjoyed that as well. It would be nice if I knew your name so I didn't have to call you Anonymous. 🙂
LJ Lowe - Happy to know you enjoy reading my blog. Thank you for those kind words.
Dianna - Thanks for the naming of the double old fashioned daffodil.

...you have a blanket factory!
Hi Karen,
It's Barb aka Anonymous Book Suggestion Person. Try Open House by Elizabeth Berg.
Have a nice evening. Chilly out now.
I have a yellow tulip blooming right now too. So nice that your church ladies do this for children. It is much needed. Janice
Hi Karen. You have a nice baby blanket working group and a nice area to work in. It's fun to see all of the colorful blankets. How many blankets do you give away each month? It's good that the mechanic saw you so he could get the message to David that his Jeep was fixed. Glad you had another nice day. See you again soon!
I love seeing deer. It's nice you get to see them so often.
Glad the jeep is done, and the mechanic knew how to find you!
Your blanket making group sounds like it's enjoyable. And it supports a great cause too!
It is sure cooler this time of day..because there is so much wind. But I just came back in from being out with Copper for about 45 minutes. I was watching for birds.
Are those all blankets on the table? Sure looks like a nice lot of them. I bet you do have fun and enjoy being together.
I am loving all the photos of tulips lately. Aren't they just the prettiest blooms!? Sounds like a wonderful week. Blessings to you -
The blankets on the table look lovely and colourful.
All the best Jan
I was wondering too whether those were all baby blankets that were finished.
This looks like a great fellowship hall!
That's the nice thing about small town living. If you don't have someone's number you know where to find someone who does.
Pretty scenes from your walk!
Looks like a lot of pretty blankets were made.
Take care, have a wonderful day and a happy weekend.
Love the fact that anyone in town should know they can find you on any given morning walking in town! Look at all that happy fabric at church. Have a lovely Friday!
The baby blankets are all so precious. What a wonderful thing you all do! Happy walking!
