Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Sunday

This purple sky is from Friday morning.

Romans 12:3
 For I say, through the grace given unto me,
to every man that is among you,
not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think;
but to think soberly,
according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Romans 14:19
 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

Proverbs 4:26
 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.

Have a blessed Sunday.

Our pastor taught us once that pride is the worst sin of all, because it leads to most of the others. Agree?

Another beautiful sky. We had rain again yesterday and cloudy today. No sunshine here. Janice

What a beautiful sky!
Good verses to share today. I heard a message on pride some time ago that has stuck with me. He said pride is the root of most sins when you look back at them. I think that's true.

That is a very unusual sky colour. Was it predicting a storm? Diana
