Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Work Day

33 degrees this morning when I left for my walk.
It was windy with light snow at first.
Sunrise 6:35
Walking Steps 12,319

Walked over to the ball park and walked that loop first and by
that time the snow had stopped.
Walking up behind our old house it started snowing again.

That changed to freezing rain and snow mixed for a while.

Continued walking up and down the main road and side streets
and ended my walk around the two cemeteries.

I spotted the first daffodils already.
Seems a bit early for here but sure nice to see.

The only place the snow started sticking is here.

Didn't see anyone else out this morning.

🌨    ☁️    🙂    🥾

A Fingerprint work day at church starting at 12:00 and ending at 9:00.
A good group of us showed up and we had fun working and laughing.
I seemed to have the giggles today!!
We left around 5:15

Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Friday

Victor - I think I don't find many coins anymore because so many people don't carry cash around with them anymore, but I do keep looking. 🙂

Wow, you do not let anything stop you from walking! Unlike a lot of people, who tend to make excuses. We were supposed to get snow today, but did not.

flowers appearing means spring is just round the corner.

Love the pretty daffodils. We had a little bit of snow mixed with rain yesterday. Spring is coming. Have a great weekend.

We had snow yesterday. It snowed off and on all day but there wasn't a lot of accumulation.
Sounds like a fun work day.

Sorry no more coins. Yes, people use plastic cards these days; and cellphones to pay for their goods.

God bless.

It is always fun to see those first daffodils. Work and giggles are a good combination I think. :)

The daffodils are looking very pretty. Ours are drooping a bit after the snow and cold temps, they are tough though. :)

A bit of snow, some freezing rain and the first Daffodils of the Spring. March weather can be funny that way. We left in sunshine for our walk but half way through a light rain began.
