Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Another sunny walk

 Another morning just like yesterday.
20 degrees, sunny, and calm for walking.
Sunrise 6:37
Walking Steps 13,131

Walked up and down the main road through town first and
then down the road back toward home a ways, turned around and
back to town.
Continued down the road on the left of the main road
and ended up walking around both of the cemeteries.

Good to see the sun to warm things up.

Lisa was out walking and this time she left me a message on the mirror.😀
Have a Great Day

Phil the Wiggle Man was back today.
I stopped in to say hi and to find out where he was.
Vee, you were on the right track.
He wasn't on a cruise but he and his wife took some time off
and went to Florida.

Up at the cemetery I saw a couple of Blue Birds.
Couldn't get a good picture of them though.

☀️    🥾    🙂

Went to the library for the book club meeting.
We had a good group of 12 of us and discussed the book
Surviving Savannah.
Most all thought it was very good.
I liked it but didn't think it was anything special.
Judy will email us all with next months selection.
We picked a few books and Judy will see which ones are
available and how many copies there are.

I went through the yarn in my craft closet and got it organized.
The closet is in our office.

It's been a good day.
Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Thursday

It must have been a great day for walking since you did so much of it. Glad Phil is back. And it must be nice to receive a cheery message instead of always being the one who leaves one.

I like the last quote. I love getting out and wish more people would walk! Take care and enjoy your walk tomorrow!

I think that your town is so nice. I love that Lisa left you a happy message. Your book club sounds like a very good group. Be sure and let us know what you are going to read next. I may get that book The Children's Blizzard from the library.

I love bluebirds. We have three houses on our back fence and every year a pair takes up residence and has babies. So fun to watch them.

We just put up another nesting box for the bluebirds. You captured a great shot of the town pond.

If that quote is true, you will be eternally young.

Sounds like you're keeping busy as always with your walking and enjoying life. Well done. Blue Birds, I always get excited when I see one, doesn't happen very often.
