Decided to go to town and check out the walking places there.
Glad I did because I found places to walk.
Icy in places where I avoided walking.
Other places good so walked there.
Also walked down the main road toward home a ways, turned around
and then back to town.
Had to do a bit of back and forth down the same roads
but it sure was nice to get outside for a walk.
Didn't see anyone else out walking.
Temperature was 34 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds and a bit of a breeze too.

I think this scene would make a good jigsaw puzzle.
I'll probably make a puzzle of it on Jigidi
I ate the last scone for breakfast this morning.
Next time I make them it will be blueberry ones.
We went out this morning to do some errands.
The dump in Grantesville and then over to the library.
Back in our town we went to our library also and then the Dollar General.
Home in time for lunch.
In the afternoon I read, puzzled, and made a few weave-its.

Debby - Ken was in the Navy and was stationed in Edzell. A most enjoyable 4 years. Our daughter Debbi was born there.
Anni and Vee - Didn't hang the Bosson heads in a group. They are scattered around the house.
By the way my favorite Bosson head is the Lifeboatman.
Ginny - Chalkware is made of moulded plaster of Paris or sculpted gypsum and painted with oils or watercolors.

I know you've heard me say this many times, but you are my hero . . . getting out there and walking almost every single day winter, spring, summer and fall. It truly takes grit. Bravo!

That picture would make a great puzzle. Will you crop it some? Otherwise, you'll have lots of the same colors. I can "hear" how happy you were to be outside walking.
First time I’ve noticed the quote in your header by Elizabeth von Arnim. It’s perfect! Interesting to me that although we are 3 time zones apart, our local sunrise time is close … 7:27 for you, 7:40 for me. I prefer not to walk in the dark, so I usually start about half an hour before sunrise. That seems to work pretty well for me. When do you like to start?

I went to Dollar General yesterday and my favorite Key Lime pies! I'm also working on a puzzle, but one for 9-year olds and up. I love to see the snow in your pictures and imagine your early morning walks. It must be so lovely.
