Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Pizza in the pizza oven

Well, well, no misty rain this morning.
Sunny and 55 degrees
Walked 5.5 miles
Sunrise 6:53

I don't mind walking in the rain and mostly like it
but after 3 days of it,
it sure was nice to walk in the sunshine this morning.

First walked to the library and dropped a couple of books down the slot.
Then around town,
the ball park loop,
and both of the cemeteries.

I saw Lisa and Dwayne walking down from the cemetery
as I was walking up.
When walking past the mirror noticed they had left me
a smily face on it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Saw some rabbits as I drove to town
and more rabbits around town.

These weeds reminded me of caterpillars.

A pancake breakfast today.
Did my morning chores and then went outside for the rest of the
morning.  Nice being outside in the sun and temperature in the high 60's.

Ken was out too and we did a little weeding and then
cleaned up around the BBQ.

Ordered a skimmer to clean the leaves out of our little pond.
It came in the mail yesterday and today I tried it out.
Works great and this time left my phone IN THE HOUSE.

After lunch went back outside for a while and walked around.
Still getting strawberries and picked 6 more of them.

Made pizza dough and this was the day Ken made the pizza
in the pizza oven he made.
It turned out GREAT!!!
It cooked in about 12 minutes.
Fun to make it outside but it is a bit of an ordeal so
won't be making it like this every week.
Just once in a while.

Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Friday๐Ÿ™‚

Your first photo is so gorgeous!! And this pizza oven is so cool. I bet it tasted a lot better than baked in a regular oven.

That pizza sure looks good. Why is it an ordeal? Is it a lot of trouble getting the oven hot enough?
That picture with the reflections is a great one.

Fun cooking in the pizza oven. Can you use it for other stuff as well?
