Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Sunday

 Happy Sunday
A couple sky photos from last week
Good Morning

Good Night

🎢    🎢    🎢

Holy, Holy, Holy! Lord God Almighty!

1.  Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.
Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty!
God in three persons, blessed Trinity!

2.  Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore thee,
casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;
cherubim and seraphim falling down before thee,
which wert and art and evermore shalt be.

3.  Holy, holy, holy! Though the darkness hide thee,
though the eye of sinful man thy glory may not see,
only thou art holy; there is none beside thee,
perfect in pow’r, in love, and purity.

4.  Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
All thy works shall praise thy name in earth, and sky and sea.
Holy, holy, holy! merciful and mighty!
God in three persons, blessed Trinity!

the whole earth is full of his glory.

Snowed all last night and it continues today.
Hard to believe we were sitting out on the deck a couple of days ago.
This morning looking at the deck out back.

Have a Happy and Blessed Sunday.

Deb - Sorry, forgot to answer your question yesterday. Yes, I still read books on my Kindle.  I download free books, and also borrow some from the library.  Still like to read 'real' books too though so I do both.  Kindle is great for reading at night and I like the nice big print.

...those were beautiful skies. It has been snowing lightly here today, but nothing like the snow that you have!

I too like being able to adjust the print size on Kindle. But, I admit, it's just not like having a "real" book.

Beautiful skies!!! (Yukky snowfall)

Wow, you do have a lot of snow! We are having a lovely spring day here today, and the forecast is for some lower temperatures and rain this week, but we may have seen our last snowfall for the year. I am with you about Kindle vs. traditional books. I read on my Kindle and phone, but I also greatly prefer traditional books. See you again tomorrow.

We got snow too, but not that much.
Your sunrise and sunset are gorgeous.
Great hymn to go with them, I can hear it in my head as I type. :)

The one consolation with snow now is that it won’t last long.

I hope you had a wonderful, blessed Sunday. We have snow here, too...and I am SOOO ready for warm weather. Today we were 20 degrees below our normal temps and looks like that is the forecast for the whole week. xo Diana

Hello,

I love the sunrise and sunset images. We had a little snow but it was not enough to lay on the ground. Take care, have a happy new week!

I guess a better term for my feelings atop Mount Nebo is “ humbled”. I hope this is the last of burst of ole man winter for you. I love sunrises and sunsets. They create a painting.
