Walked 4 miles - Limited by time
Another nice walk around town. Time goes by so fast when I walk.
Before I knew it my hour was up!!
Didn't see any other people out this morning.
Lots of geese around the pond.
Never made it down to see the bulls today.
Pretty quiet around town, nothing out of the ordinary.
Mailbox Number 4.
This one is on the Farm Loop and that's the dairy farm.

The reason I could only walk 4 miles was because it was
Fingerprint day at church and we had to leave at 8:15.
A small group this month with only 9 of us working but we
still managed to get 2,949 Roman's books put together, stapled,
cut and boxed up.
I did the cutting which is my favorite thing to do.
But also put some covers on and did some stapling too.
Always enjoy these work days.
I've put aside knitting for now to make weave-it squares
for the September baby blanket.
That's it for today.
A happy day to you. 😀
Thanks for stopping by.

Kathie - Glad you like reading my blog and thanks for telling me.🙂 I use a pedometer to keep track of my miles. It is an old one called a Striiv - it is no longer available. I've used it for years and love it. Don't know what I'll do when it dies!!

...when they laid out your town front yards were an afterthought. These mailboxs sure are festive.
It does seem quiet.
You sure do keep busy. Folks up your way have neatly kept mailboxes. I should take a picture of the row of mailboxes up at our road. What a mess. Had to go back and look again at the front yards of the houses after reading Tom's comment...Gosh, there's no front yard at all. How usual. I like how the town looks though. Always enjoy your posts.
Well done on getting those books put together! Fun happily decorated mailboxes!
Sounds like a productive day! I am loving your mailbox photos! Have a great weekend.
You and Ken do so much to help others through your church. Glad you got so many little booklets done. I like the festive mailboxes you showed today. See you again tomorrow.
I am also amazed at how clean and neat your little town looks. Maybe the people know there’s a lady walking by with a camera in her pocket. 😉
You're always so busy, I am exhausted!!!
God bless.
Would really enjoy a quiet morning walk thru town with no traffic, I would!!
Hello,
The streets do look quiet! I like the mailbox scene.
It is wonderful you enjoy working on the Fingerprint Day.
Take care, have a happy day and a great weekend!
Hi Karen,
Good to work with your Friends at Church- there is a lot of satisfaction from working on a Group Project together. Cheers. KEV.
Nine sounds like a good crew. Too many probably isn't as productive. That's my theory anyway. Did you make up the missed miles? I know that you often do that.
I checked out Amazon for a Striiv pedometer, different models for everyone and at a reasonable price. I have an Omron now at $89.00 so when mine dies, I will buy a Striiv. Yes, very festive and creative mailboxes in your area♥ A good fellowship day.
That's a pretty mailbox!
Your town is so quaint. I love small towns like that. Fingerprint Day at your church sounds productive & fun. I've been wanting to do a bible study in Romans. God bless you both! 🙏
