This morning there was a mix of sun and clouds and the temperature was 57 degrees as I left on my walk to town. Saw a couple of deer again in the road eating the fallen apples just down from my house.
Once I got to town walked around both of the cemeteries and past the day care center and over to the ball park and walked around there too. More walking around town and then met Ken in the Dollar General parking lot. He had to go to the lumber store so he timed it so I could get a ride home. Nice that I get a day here and there off from walking back up the HILL home.
Lena and Pam were walking around the same places I was and we saw each other 4 different times!
Also stopped to talk to Dave who is a friend from church who lives in town.
Walked 5.8 miles
Found another penny. 💰

We had another session with the rock crusher today and brought 12 buckets of it back to the house. Didn't know what to do with an area next to the house. Put Plants? Leave Natural? Or What? Finally decided to put our crushed rocks there and make a path of red crushed gravel between our crushed rocks leading over to the outside faucet on the house under the porch. Eventually we will put crushed rocks under all of the porch. Here is what we've done so far.
A couple of pictures of the little bridge Ken made. This one in the middle of making it.
It's been another great weather day with sun, some clouds, a breeze, and temperature in the 70's. A great day for working outside.

I have never heard of Bugleweed...it is pretty. I like the bridge, and a great idea on where to use the crushed rock.
Love folowing your yard progress! It's ginna be a centerfold for a lawn & garden magazine! That morning sky is phenomenal.
Love that little bridge! That rock really comes in handy. Keeps those muscles in good shape, too! I love the possibility expressed in the verse you chose.
Have a great evening.
Hi Karen. I really love the fun things you are doing with your yard. The little bridge is great. We had spaghetti pie for dinner tonight and I thought of you. It is really good - we all enjoy it. I missed you yesterday - busy night here. See you again tomorrow.
You folks are so creative with the yard decor.
...be careful with bugleweed, weed is part of its name!
The bridge looks good. Bugleweed will fill that area in no time but luckily won't be able to spread further.
Another penny.
God bless.
Hi Karen- The Sunrise looks beautiful. Well done on your Stone Work - that 100 years old Crusher is very handy indeed. Best Wishes. KEV.
