Left the house and started walking at 6:50.
It was 32 degrees, calm, and cloudy.
Sunrise 7:06
Walked to town again this morning.
This time I walked around both cemeteries a couple of times.
Went down to the barn to see the bulls.
They were busy eating but did look up when I said Good Morning.
Then walked back up the hill
and headed home.
Never did see any sun at all.
Walked 6 miles

We ran out of the English Muffin Loaves that I make a while
ago so made a couple more loaves this morning.
To late to have them today but that will be tomorrows breakfast.
Did a bit of the usual housework.
I try to do a little each day and get done by the end of the week.
I either do it that way
or just spend a whole day getting it all done at once.
There are pros and cons for doing it each way.
I fluctuate between both ways.
No sun at all today.
Was a bit dreary.
Got some reading done and more of the weave-it squares made.
I'll be done with this blanket before long!!
Seemed like a good day for soup so made
Broccoli Cheese Soup
for supper.
That's it for today.
A happy day to you.
Thanks for stopping by.

Vee - Nope we will be getting more stone!
Rose - It takes quite a while to sell a house in my town. Some of the houses have been for sale for 2 years. I think it is a bit too remote for most people.

...your weather sounds like ours. Soup sounds good!
Hmmm...soup and English Muffin Bread...a very good day. Something about these gloomy days that makes baking and cooking seem just right. More stone? Just as much as you already have?
The bulls look friendly enough.
I made a pot of soup today too. It tastes so good on these chilly days. Your English muffin loafs sound amazing. They'd be great alongside a bowl of hot soup.
I do enjoy hearing about your walks and being able to tag along.
We had a pretty dreary rainy day today and your soup would be perfect.
One of the thrift stores I go to has a lovely restaurant in it and they post the 'soup of the day' and today's was Broccoli Cheddar. It sounded so good and I resolved to make some in the near future.
Good to see the Farm Scenes in your vicinity and what is going on- thanks for sharing the photos.
Over here when it's grey it is really grey. At least it is not raining ... for ten minutes or so.
God bless.
Hello,
We were lucky to see some sunshine yesterday and it was in the low 50's. I like the cattle photo, they are so cute. The soup sounds yummy. Enjoy your day, wishing you a great week ahead.
I love soup on cold days! Sounds yummy! Enjoy your day!
I love the quote. I am blessed to know a few people who always seem happy. The farmer gets out pretty early to have the feed out ahead of you!
The soup sounds wonderful. We usually have soup once a week with some homemade cheese bread.
Enjoy your day!
Cute cows
