Giving Thanks Post Day Thirteen
Small Town Living
Some reasons I'm thankful to live in a small town.
I like that I'm able to walk around town doing errands.
It's nice to walk in the library and have the librarian know your name.
No traffic lights
Great place for my morning walks
Slower pace
Knowing your neighbors
I like being part of a small town.
A happy day to you.

that does sound small. Like my dad's hometown. He used to walk around everywhere when he was a kid like an old man and that earned him the nickname "old man"
Hello, I think would like the small town living. I grew up in the city and now I live 15 minute drive to the closest town. Sounds like you are in a wonderful place. Happy weekend to you!
You love your town and I bet it loves you, too!
You have made all your readers love your small town, too!
Hi Karen, small town living is great! Our town is around 15,000 people, not quite as small as yours.
I love being able to walk downtown and everything I need is right there.
Have a good weekend!
I grew up in a small town and loved it. Large towns and especially cities with lots of traffic make me feel frantic! Have a blessed weekend.
We do have one traffic light, but i like the fact that you know the hardware clerks, the bank tellers, cashiers at the grocery store, all by name.
No traffic lights? Wow! I've never lived in a town with no traffic lights. It's great that you know people by name - and that they know you!
Small town living...it's the best!
