A birthday and the Jeep got washed

 

Part of my walk was actually in the sunshine this morning

and it was wonderful.

Temperature was 50 degrees and calm.

A little cloudy at first but then lots of blue sky and sunshine.

Walked around both of the cemeteries first and then stopped

at the Jeep to pick up a DVD.

Then to the library to drop it off.

Continued around town, the ball park and the new road.

Finally ending back at the pond and my walk completed.

Fire house busy this morning with people coming and going voting.

Think schools were closed because I didn't see any buses.

Got another load of laundry washed and hung out on the line.

Then did a bit of this weeks housecleaning.

Remember that Cheese Cake I baked yesterday.

I baked it for Ken because today is his birthday.

It was a nice warm sunny day and the temperature 

made it up to 70 degrees.

I've been wanting to wash the Jeep for a while but keep putting it off.

Today I decided I'd better get it washed 

because who knows when I'll get a better day for it.

So outside I went and gave it a good cleaning,

inside and out.

Worked on it for almost 2 hours but feel so good that it's done.

Liz is in Florida this week visiting her granddaughter

but David is stopping by after work in just a little while

to have a piece of birthday Cheese Cake.
