Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Walking Knitting Reading

A starry clear morning again and this time the
temperature was up to 41.
Just a little breeze and sunrise was 7:37

Had a nice walk all around town on no particular route of mine.
Approaching the new road.

Going around the ball park path.

Haven't seen the chickens all this week.
They have stayed in their coop even when I call to them.

Didn't see any one else out.
Saturday and Sundays are usually quieter than the weekdays.

No work has started on the roof of the church yet.
The fountain is still on in the pond.
My guess it that it will be turned off the first of November.
I'll have to wait and see how close I am to being right.

By the way the bales of corn from yesterday is bedding for the animals.
I thought as much but asked today and had it confirmed.

Stitching day at the library so headed back to town after breakfast.
5 of us there today.
I continued knitting on the shawl I'm making for a friend
that I started last week.
It is very easy and something that I can knit on and still talk
and not mess it up.๐Ÿงถ

I came back from the library with another book and a DVD.

Spent a good part of the afternoon reading.

We didn't feel much like making our Friday night pizza yesterday
so having it today instead.๐Ÿ•

Thanks for taking the time to stop by.
Hope you day was most enjoyable.
HappyK ๐Ÿ™‚❤️
