Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Farm Loop Walk

I walked under cloudy skies this morning.
The temperature was 68 degrees..

Walked around the farm loop this time.
Just off the main road here.

Coming up to Farmer Bill's place.

This is looking back at the barn from the other side
and from another road I turned up.

I see he has planted some Indian Corn.

When I got to the school I walked on the path behind there
and then down the hill and back to the pond parking lot.

Quiet around the loop and didn't see anyone else out.
This is a nice loop to walk because I don't have to do any
back tracking.

⛅️    🧢    😊

I got the bedroom windows washed inside and out first thing after breakfast.
I wanted to get it over with.
A little bit later
Ken helped me with the kitchen windows.
He washed the outside on the ladder.

I was going to read a chapter in my book and then knit
but kept reading and never did any knitting.
Read right up to the time I had to make the pizza dough.

Hope your Friday was delightful.
Thanks for stopping by.

I love that 3rd photo looking back at the barn. It's a new view.
Guess what? I washed windows today too. You inspired me to get started.

What a beautiful walk!! Such beautiful views. Nothing like a farm. I love seeing them on my drives and walks.
