Busy
Ken is busy at his work bench in the garage.

A cloudy morning walk today with just a little breeze.
The temperature was 68 degrees.
Sunrise 5:58
Started out walking around both of the cemeteries a couple of times.
The corn is now as tall as I am.
(5'5")
Walked down to the barn by the Drane house.
No bulls out in the barnyard today.
Next I walked to and around the ball park loop a couple of times.
Continued all around town, up and down the side streets
till I had all my steps in.
Lots of activity at the church in town.
They are setting up for their annual rummage sale.
They used to put prices on everything.
Now you just take what you want and make a donation.
Since they have been taking donations they make
double the money!!
Saw John walking Prim but they were too far away to
talk to so we just waved.

Finished up the little bit of house cleaning for this week.
Then we went out and did a few errands.
One was to go to the library.
I had three books to pick up that were on reserve.
We had some rain today but some sun too.
It stayed on the cool side all day.
That's all for today.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Hope you had a wonderful day.

Have you read other books in Alexander McCall Smith's 44 Scotland Street series?
