Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Men are in the lead (so far)

It was windy this morning when I walked but with a temperature of 64 it kept it cool.
Cloudy and a few rain drops on the way back home.
Sunrise 6:42

I first walked up and down the main road back towards home.

Turned around and back straight through town to the DG Market where I turned around and went back up the main road.
Made a couple loops around the ball park and back to the pond.

Nothing going on in town, all pretty quiet.

The dandelions have popped out and they are all over the place.

😊    ☁️    🌷    🥾

These Mondays sure come around fast!!
Once again it is time to get those weekly house chores done!

This afternoon I completed another diamond art card.
A butterfly this time.
Will post a picture when I do another one.

Read a little bit too.
It was warm enough to sit out on the front porch but the wind chased me in.

Supper tonight is macaroni and cheese and broccoli.

Last evening at church we had a total count of the gospel tracts handed out this week.
The men are in a slight lead with 1,618.
Us women are not too far behind with a total of 1,399.
Maybe we can change that next week. 🙂

That's all for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you had a wonderful day.
HappyK 😊

I love Dandelions! They are like little sunbursts in the grass.

No dandelions yet, but I bet in the next week we'll see them.
That was a lot of tracts to hand out!

Yikes, the dandelions have taken over overnight here. Hats off to the men and great job by the women, too! It's been a busy day here with my annual doctor visit and then being in charge of a Funeral reception at our church. Such a God and Gospel honoring memorial. Have a great week.

Pretty photos, we like to leave the dandelions for the bees.
Take care, enjoy your day and happy week.

I am impressed by the number of tracts given out by both the men and women. Where to you go to interact with so many individuals?
