The sun rose this morning at 6:51.
A mixture of sun and clouds and just a slight breeze.
Temperature was 33 degrees.
I saw two Robins in town!!
First walked around both of the cemeteries a couple of times.
Then up and down the main road through town.
Continued over to the ball park and walked that loop twice too and then it was back to the Jeep parked at the pond.
The chickens weren't out but I could see two of them perched in the coop.
Picture not very good but if you look close you may be able to see them.
They are in the middle of the picture.
By the time I got back to the Jeep 1 1/2 hours later the temperature was up to 42 degrees and later in the afternoon it was in the high 50's.

Saturday mornings usually finds me at the library with the other stitching ladies and that's where I was today along with 5 others.
Three of us knitting, one doing cross stitch, and the other crewel.
A lady came into the library and came over to us to see what we were doing.
Turns out she's Ellen whose house I walk by most mornings.
Her husband Kermit is often out in the yard when the weather is nice and I've stopped to talk to him many times.
She didn't recognize me at first without my walking clothes on.
I was out back filling the bird feeder this afternoon and Ken took this picture of me through the kitchen window.
Did some reading this afternoon and worked on the puzzle for a little while.
Supper this evening is roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, and sausage.
Hope you had a wonderful Saturday.
Thanks for popping in for a visit.

FG - No, didn't live near the AT. It runs along the tip of north west New Jersey. I lived east. It wasn't that far away though and I did walk along part of it.
