Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

My little snowman

Planned on walking in town today but when I got up it was snowy and windy so had another day of walking laps in the basement.

This is what I saw standing at the kitchen sink washing dishes.

Did a load of laundry and put on the drying rack and finished up the weekly cleaning jobs.

Enjoyed nachos for lunch which Ken made. 😊

This afternoon we went out and cleared the driveway and path to the bird feeder once again.
It warmed up and the snow has started melting already.
While out I made a little snowman.☃️
Not a very good one but it was fun.

Once back inside I read a while, then worked on the puzzle.

Supper in just a little while will be steak, cheese, and onion sandwiches.

It's been a good day and hope you had a good one too.
Thanks so much for coming by.

Enjoy your supper. We're about to head to church, we have Family supper on Wednesdays.

I love seeing YOU. This is a rare treat. The snowman has really good proportion. And the red hat adds the finishing touch.

I guess I would have to make a snowman also. I like yours. Love your creations on the other blog. The blanket looks like a LOT of work, the other stuff looks like a lot of creation. I cannot imagine making shoes and gloves. Good on you. Hug the Old man and keep him warm....

Hi Karen. Love your sweet little ⛄️. Adorable. Both your lunch and dinner meals sound so yummy. I like nachos a lot. Have you ever eaten at Sweitzers BBQ in Oakland? They do some yummy nachos with their pork BBQ on them.

I love your snow photos, but I'm so glad I don't have to deal with snow myself. I did that for enough years... Love the little snowman you made. Any snowman I tried to make always wound up being waaaayyyyy to large, so I gave up.
