My Friends Birthday

Another day for walking in the basement.

We got a foot or so of snow so not good town walking.

At least this time the tractor is fixed so Ken was able to clear the driveway.

I shoveled around where the tractor couldn't get and also a path to the bird feeder which included a path along the deck.

Then it was time for lunch.

Sure didn't feel like cleaning the bathroom but I did. 

I usually like to get the cleaning done in the morning.

We started another puzzle.

Just got the pieces all put out and the boarder done.

Today I'm wishing my friend Bernice a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

We have been friends for our whole lives.

Our mom's were friends who went to the same church so we grew up together.

Bernice is older than me by just 3 months.

The Miracle of Friendship

There is a Miracle called Friendship

that dwells within the heart

and you don't know how it happens

or when it even starts.

But the happiness it brings you

always gives a special lift

and you realize

that Friendship

is God's most precious gift.
