Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Just a normal day ๐Ÿ™‚

35 degrees this morning for walking and it rained off and on.
A day for my rain pants and rain coat.
My rain coat is the kind that workers on the side of the road wear!
It keeps me nice and dry.

For a few short minutes there was some color in the sky before it was gone again.

Walked all over town and made a stop at the library again, this time to drop a book down the drop.
Continued to the DG Market, turned around, then around the ball park and both of the cemeteries.

An uneventful but good walk. ๐Ÿ™‚

Did another load of laundry and a few other house chores this morning.

Finished knitting my slippers and I'm wearing them right now. ๐Ÿงถ If you want to see them I posted them HERE.

That's about all I did.
Hope you had a wonderful day.
Thanks for coming by.

Even though it was brief the colours of the sky do look beautiful.
