A cold one out there this morning, 0 degrees.
So once again was inside walking for me.
☀️It was a sunny day though so it was pretty out.
Those cold days when the snow sparkles like there is glitter on top of it.
We didn't go out at all, just stayed inside our nice warm house.
Did the every day chores around the house.
📚I started another book, The Once and Future King by T.H. White.
Read it many years ago when I was in high school.
Liked it then and liking it now!!
🧶Knitted on the shawl too.
The one where you start with 2 stitches and increase a stitch every other row.
I'm up to 110 stitches on the needle now.
🥾I went down in the basement and walk three different times.
First time 4,000 steps, second time 3,500 and the third time 2,500, for a total of 10,000 steps. That's about all I can take inside!!
Don't have to cook supper tonight.
Having lasagna that was in the freezer from the last time I made it.
Just have to make a salad to go with it.
That's been my day.
I enjoyed my day inside and hope you enjoyed your day too.

It was 0 here too but of course our zero is not nearly as chilly as yours!!! It was (is) sunny here too and we had a lovely walk. Saw an Eagle being harassed by crows. Why oh why doesn't the eagle just turn on them once and for all instead of meekly putting up with them.
It's good you stayed inside and didn't have to be anywhere in that cold. It's a cold 61 - because its cloudy. We've been having some nice sunny days, and mild temperatures. Tomorrow its supposed to be 59 as a high. I think our rain might be heading our way.

We've had a very similar day. It remains cold and snowing here, but this afternoon the sun came out for a short visit. Wind chill was -1. I walked inside - 30 minutes on the treadmill in the morning, then several times of laps in the basement to get to 14000 steps.
We also had lasagna from the freezer and I made a salad to go with it. No knitting for me though! :)
It's awfully cold here as well. Just the kind of day that I would love some leftover lasagna!

we had the same weather here, single digit temps and sunshine. It was a good day for staying inside all day
It's super cold here too! I usually walk around my kitchen island and table when I need to I have a treadmill but I can't bring myself to jump on it this year!
Snowing here again. Have to drive hubby to a doctor appt and hope its stops soon. UGH Lasagna sounds good. Janice
We read that book in the past, too. It is on our bookshelf. :) O degrees...that is a good day to stay inside.
Hard for me to imagine 0*, we're preparing for temps in the 20's this weekend... preparing is the big word. :)) Good for you for getting your walking in, you are a very dedicated lady.
0 degrees!! Makes me ashamed for complaining about how cold 17 degrees is. It was 17 here this morning. Nothing like a warm cozy home. I am thankful for that!
