We've had another one of those foggy dreary days.
๐งถIt was stitching morning at the library.
6 of us there this time.
I started knitting a pair of slippers for myself but didn't
get very far, in fact I got nowhere and ripped it all out!
I did too much talking ๐ and kept making mistakes.
Started the slippers this afternoon at home and didn't
have any problems.
I'm using up yarn left over from other projects.
By the time they are finished the slippers should be colorful.
Posted a picture of the mittens I knitted with the pattern
on my Made by Happy K blog
which you can see
HERE.
The padded heel inserts came in the mail today
and I put them in my slippers and they seem to be working okay.
I'm giving myself one more morning of not walking
and Monday I'm going to go walking!!!
I'll transfer the heel inserts into whatever shoes I'm wearing.
Will probably get some more so don't have to keep transferring them.
Stuffed pepper are in the oven now and we should be
having supper in just a few minutes.
That's all I have for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you are having a wonderful day.

Ginny - All the pictures of the puzzle yesterday was the same one. Just took closeup pictures of parts of it. Yes, we will do the puzzle that we drew.
Janice - We always write on the back of the puzzles we do but this is the first time we drew a picture and yes we will do it.

Dear Karen, enjoy your stuffed peppers, it sounds like a wholesome and delicious dinner!
Your knitting is coming along very nicely!
I do hope the heel inserts work well for you.
Enjoy your stuffed peppers, I'm sure they will be delicious.
All the best Jan
... love stuffed peppers!
Those inserts should help. My husband gets two pairs of shoes a year free from the VA and they put these, special inserts in them. Amazing how your feet can effect your hips, knees etc.
I love the mittens you made. Especially the extra long cuffs for keeping more warm.
