The weather is keeping me from walking in town now.
Very cold, snow, wind and slippery walking conditions.
I did some walking down in the basement.
A good day to stay home and get some housework done.
Worked on the puzzle this afternoon for a while.
This is the last day for the temperature blanket I've been
working on all year.
I've kept it up all year and I'm glad I will finally be done with it.🙂
Not much going on around here today.

I was thinking of you this morning when I was getting breakfast...wondering if you would venture out to walk in town.
That puzzle looks like fun! I miss being in the classroom some days. I don't miss all of the studying that I had to do, but I do miss the interaction with my students.

Hi dear Karen, I went out to get my prescriptions at the pharmacy here in Montreal today and the city is literally like a skating rink! Thick ice everywhere!
Yes, the city did put down gravel and salt, but the ice is so thick...and it was very cold and windy today as well.

Happy New Year! I still don't know how you manage those 1,000 piece puzzles. Even the both of us cannot finish one. A friend once told me she works the border last, and starts from the inside out. That actually seems to work!

I prefer to stay inside when it is snowing. Unfortunately here in Michigan the other day there were so many accidents involving over 50 cars in pile ups all over. Glad I was not out that day. Enjoy your puzzle. Janice

WE are cool, but NOT COLD.. Smart to stay away from slippery ground. Yes we have read of Grandma G. What amazed me was she walked carrying a satchel or just a bag. LOL She walked way ahead of her time, that is for sure...
