37 degrees this morning and a mix of sun and clouds.
A little breeze but during the day it was pretty windy again.
Sunrise 6:53
Saw lots of deer scattered along my way to town.
Saw a rabbit too and haven't seen one in quite a while.
Started my walk going back down the road I just drove up.
Went about 1/2 mile and turned back to town.
Back at town again I dropped off one of my layers of clothing in the Jeep.
Was getting too warm.
Then walked through town and up and down some side streets.
Lastly walked around both of the cemeteries.
Was surprised to see these puddles in the street with a light
coating of ICE on them.
Car rode over it and broke the ice.
Once again I didn't see any one else out walking.
Yesterday there was another water break in town and water
was running down the main road.
Today it is all patched up.
🌤 🦃 🚶♀️
Another load of laundry got washed and hung out to dry.
Was windy but not quite as bad as it has been so the clothes
didn't get tangled up much.
Finished up this weeks cleaning.
I've been having a hankering to change everything around in our bedroom.
Probably come Monday that will happen.
It's fun for me so I look forward to it.
MY ABC'S
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
Sometimes pictures, sometimes just words but it will be something about me.
H is for HAIR
I've had all kinds of hairdos over the years.
Short
Long
In between
Layered
Bobbed
Feathered
Even big and curly in the 80's
So many of us are just not happy with our hair.
Straight we want it curly
Curly we want it straight.
I love long straight thick hair that is silky and flowy.
and always wanted that kind of hair.
My hair is not curly but not quite straight either.
It was thicker in my younger days but now has become thinner.
My hair was very dark brown and I started going gray early.
Even during high school a few gray hairs started showing up.
I started dying my hair in my mid 30's and two different times
let my gray hair grow out only to dye it once again.
By my 60's I got tired of dying it and let it grow out for good this time.
So now I have a head full of white hair.
Funny story
When I was a little girl my mom kept my hair short no matter
how much I wanted long hair.
So I used to pin a towel to my hair with bobby pins and pretend
it was my hair and swing my head around.

Your first photo. Amazing sky!!! Pale blue and orange stripes, WOW!! My hair is also neither straight or curly. Funny story of how we are alike. You pinned a towel to your hair. I wanted a pet so I pulled along a balloon on a long string and pretended it was my dog.
A beautiful first photograph.
Enjoy your Friday night Homemade Pizza.
All the best Jan
Enjoy pizza night and have a great weekend!
Beautiful sun!
Gorgeous 1st photo, Karen.
Beautiful photos.
I used to have thick hair and I always wore it long. The older I got it just started looking stringy so now I wear it short. I tried coloring my hair for a while but found it to be a pain so now it's just natural
Hair - the bane of my existence. I'm naturally blonde but hated it so for years so in the 8th grade I started coloring it dark brown. Then I was a strawberry blonde, and I've been a redhead briefly. I've always had thick hair and still do. I stopped coloring it in my 40's and discovered I liked my hair blonde. Now it's white but not completely. My mom and my maternal grandma had white hair - probably in the next couple years I will be,completely white.
