When I started walking this morning it was cloudy
with a few peeks of sun.
It was 70 degrees and calm.
Walked the exact same route as yesterday.
Cemeteries, ball park, up and down the main street over
to Sales Barn Rd and back to the Jeep.
Don't know what these flowers are but they had lots of bees around them.
I happened to be walking past the Day Care in town when
Kinsley was getting dropped off so I got my hug.
At the end of my walk it clouded up again and looked like rain.
Driving home I saw something that I've never seen before during
all my years of walking.
As I passed by Sale Barn Rd walking down the road were two young
ladies and each were walking a good sized sheep down the road on leashes.
The sheep looked like they were just sheared and looked nice and clean.
Made it home before the rain started.
☁️ ⛅️ 🤗 🐑
By the time we had breakfast and were headed out to Walmart
it had started raining.
Bought a small can of Kilz paint.
The ceiling over the shower keeps getting mildew on it.
I keep cleaning it with vinegar but it keeps coming back
so we decided to paint it with Kilz paint for mildew and mold
to see it that keeps it from coming back.
Did a little cleaning this afternoon.
Also did some Knitting and reading
Ken fried up some eggplant and made eggplant Parmesan.
There was enough eggplant left to make sandwiches and we had the
sandwiches for supper.
Put the eggplant Parmesan in the refrigerator and will invite
David and Liz for supper in the next day or two.
We've had periods of sun and rain all day
with a thunderstorm thrown in.
Hope you had a great Tuesday.
Thanks for stopping by.

Debby - The rabbit is real. When I walked up to it, it ran away. No rabbit there today.

...the yellow flower is Hypericum calycinum, commonly known as St. John's Wort, Aaron's Beard, or Creeping St. John's Wort.
Beautiful photos. The sheep sounds adorable and well loved and taken care of!
Silly rabbit! 🐇
I bet that was cute seeing the sheered sheep walking on a leash. Love it. Once when I was in Santa Barbara I saw a shapely young lady in a bikini, walking a huge tortoise. Crazy thing, no one around her even noticed so she must have been just part of the scene.
The sheep sound like a fun thing to see.
Hi Karen. Did I tell you that I watched the Sunday evening service of your church on my Facebook feed? I look up Pastor Leatherman's book when you mentioned it, and now, apparently, I am following your church on Facebook. I'm not sure how that works, but I did enjoy the sermon and will watch another one if I see it on Facebook. I hope the Kilz works on the mold. We have used Kilz before lots of times and it usually works well. Mold can be a frustrating problem. See you again tomorrow!
I wonder if the young ladies walking their sheep could possibly by 4H'ers. When they take their sheep around the ring the sheep all seem very well trained so they must practice.
The women walking the sheep would make me think I was in the countryside of Wales! How cool! I researched your yellow flowers, but there are a lot that look just like them.
The photo of the road with the dark sky is so pretty. So cool to see the girls walking the sheep.
I hope the Kilz works!
Sounds like a lovely outing and walk. Hugs are a huge bonus, too!
Maybe the girls were halter breaking the sheep for an event.
Eggplant Parmesan sounds wonderful.
Something you definitely don't see everyday, taking sheep for a walk. I hope you figure out your bathroom ceiling issue. Have a great Wednesday!
The sheep walking is interesting. I once took my cat for a walk - I fell off a tree.
God bless.
The flowers are pretty. I see you got an identification on them. I had no idea what they were. I've never seen anyone out walking their sheep before.
