Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Sunday

Happy Sunday
A sunset from last week from my front porch.

 ☀️    🙂    ☀️

Arnold, a young man from our church wrote this poem about
handing out gospel tracts.

“With tracts in my hand, the Word to unfold,
The story of Jesus, the Savior foretold.

Ye must be born again!” the Scriptures declare,
A truth that brings hope, a promise so rare.

For all have sinned and fall short of His grace,

But in Christ, there’s redemption, a new life to embrace.

I offer each soul a glimpse of the cross,
Where Jesus laid down His life for the lost.

“Repent and believe!” is the call that I share,
For the kingdom of heaven is open and fair.

With fervent prayer, I plead for the blind,
That their hearts may be opened, their spirits aligned.

For the Gospel is power, to save and to heal,
In the name of the Savior, His love is revealed.

So I’ll hand out these tracts, with a heart full of grace,
Trusting God’s promise to reach every place.
For the lost can be found, and the dead can arise,
In the light of His mercy, they’ll soar to the skies.”

A Blessed Sunday to all.
