39 degrees this morning for walking, cloudy and just a slight breeze.
Walked down the main road through town to the DG Market
where I turned around and then went and walked the ball park loop.
Continued to the cemeteries and walked around them too.
Lots of geese on the pond and these two were off on their own.
Maybe looking for a spot for their nest.
Pretty quiet around town early on this Saturday morning.
No people about.
I counted 5 houses for sale in town.

Needleworks day at the library this morning.
5 of us there today.
3 knitters, 1 doing embroidery, and me making weave-its.
We are always giving things to one another.
Today I was given a pair of boots.
Mikie gave Debbie material.
Debbie gave Jolene needles
and I brought a recipe.
It was cooler than yesterday and stayed cloudy with a passing rain shower
so stayed in the house this afternoon.
Did my usual fun stuff.
Reading and knitting.
Hope your Saturday has been a good one.
Thanks for stopping by.

Ginny - Only the first picture yesterday was of the moon.
Marcia - No, don't wear a head lamp. Before it gets light out, I walk under the street lights in town.

That is so nice that you all thing of each other with gifts at times. Do the boots fit?
Your first photo is so pretty. You do see such beautiful scenes are your morning walks.
Sounds like a good day at the library. It's nice you all think about each other.
Cooler here today too and supposed to get very cold again tomorrow.
...geese always find water!
That's so special how you all think of one another at the needle works group. Does the little girl still come?
Five houses for sale in a community like yours is really something. With the economy the way it is, it will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to sell.
The first photo is a beauty.
I agree. The first photo is really a keeper.!
Hi Karen. Your knitting group sounds so fun. Glad you had another good day. I love the scripture at the end. It is one of my favorites. Have a good Sunday. See you again soon!
Beautiful landscapes and photos. The first is my favorite.
Sounds like a good day! Reading is my fun thing.
Take care, have a great day and happy week ahead.
That's a lot of houses for sale in one small town. Now I wonder how many are for sale around here.
How nice that people gift things in your knitting group. It sounds like a good group of people.
Your needleworks gals are a generous group. JJ was introduced to 'finger knitting' at homeschool co-op. He made me a bracelet and necklace. Sounds like a relaxing Saturday. We had a little snow yesterday and now rain today. Enjoy your Lord's day!
