All the snow is gone today.
When I walked it was 26 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds.
Walked around both of the cemeteries, around town, and the ball park.
House not all cleared away yet.
This is what the lot looked like this morning when I walked past.
The man taking down the house was there when I passed by
and I stopped to talk to him.
I asked him if he knew if anything was going to built there.
He didn't know, was just hired to take the house down, clear the land
and plant grass.
It will probably stay that way until the town decides what to do with it.
Things usually move pretty slowly around here so it's likely to remain
an empty lot for quite a while.
I spotted this one lone daffodil off to the side by the cemetery.
Just one!!
This little guy is determined to get spring started around here.
🙂 🌤 🌷
Did a couple loads of laundry and hung the clothes out
on my new roped clothesline.
It used to have just 2 lines, but Ken put a third line up.
Got a bit of housework done and then read and knitted awhile.
BLT's for supper.
It's been a while since we had them.
Yummy!
Heading out now to church.
Spring Revival this week.
Thanks for stopping by and hope your Thursday is a great one.

...snow doesn't last long these days.
Yes, when it comes to taking down buildings and putting new ones up, things can move slowly. I hope you enjoy your revival! See you again tomorrow!
The daffodil needs a friend. BLT's sound great, I haven't had one in a very long time. I like your new header photo, it's a beauty.
Our snow is gone again too, but more predicted next week. It's good to see the daffodil and know Spring is coming.
We haven't had BLT's for a long time. They sound good.
Hope your revival goes well.
Lovely to see that daffodil.
All the best Jan
That little daffodil is really trying to get spring going! 🌼 Sounds like a nice walk, and BLTs—so good! Hope you have a great time at Spring Revival. 😊
The sky is beautiful! We have only one daffodil at the side of the house.
If that abandoned house was slowly getting more dilapidated then I suppose the town had to do something about it. Green grass will look fine for now. Nice daffodil all by itself.
It's amazing how fast a house can be torn down and the lot cleaned up . I suppose an empty lot is preferrable to seeing a house that is falling apart.
BLT sounds good. I haven't had one in a long time.
Love the first sky image and the pretty daffodil.
Take care, happy Friday! Have a great weekend.
Hooray for spotting that hardy little Spring Joy. I must get me a bouquet of daffodils, soon!
That Scripture verse has always been one that I turn to when life gets a bit harried. What a comfort to know that He's gone to prepare that place!
Ah, your green grass! So nice!
