This Wednesday morning brought more rain so another rainy walk for me.
It was 42 degrees and calm.
Sunrise was 7:27 but you'd never know it.
I walked up and down the main road until it got a little light and then walked around the ball park and both of the cemeteries.
Didn't think I'd see anyone else out walking and I was right.
Up at the cemetery the flowers people leave on graves get blown away when it's windy.
If I know which graves they are from I will put them back there.
Some flowers though are blown against the fence or the shrubs and I don't know where they came from.
I started stuffing those in the big tall shrub.

🌧 🎄 ☔️ 🙂
The temperature dropped and the rain turned to snow this afternoon and got windy.
This morning I tried to finish off the Christmas ornament but it just didn't turn out how I pictured it.
Not happy with it at all.
I have something else to try and if I still don't like it I'll keep it for myself.
I played around with it all morning so never got to the Christmas decorations like I planned.
Didn't do much of anything else, just puttered around the house.
Though we usually make pizza for supper on Fridays, last week we had it on Thursday and this week we only made it to Wednesday.
But that's what we felt like eating on this snowy evening.
Hope your Wednesday was a happy one.
Thanks for stopping by.

Debby - Yes, there are leash laws here but with farm dogs it is kind of hard because they do roam around the farm. The dogs that I encounter if I walk to town are just a couple of little things and they are more annoying. The two of them follow me for a couple blocks and nip at my ankles. If I have my stick with me when I walk to town that keeps them away from me.

...we look about the same, mud season is here!
Those nipping dogs would be kind of a fright for me. And the little Chichiuas (spelling?) can be vicious when they get nervous
I think you did well with your walking, not good weather at all!
Sometimes it just feels like a pizza day :)
All the best Jan
I smiled at the flowers stuffed in the cedar. Something I might do, rather than see them scattered. After all it is near Christmas and time to decorate trees. LOL We admire you walking. I have said it before, My girl is the walker (once she get started) Our time on the AT was her ideal, but I caught the fever in a bit. I am spending most of my time repariing stuff now.
Love your blogs... Sherry & jack
That was a dark and wet walk! Here we are under another winter storm warning. The roads are icy and the snow is coming down, everything is closed and we are cozy at home.
Little nippy dogs are most annoying!
Good idea for the flowers!
