65 degrees again this morning, no breeze and a cloudy start.
Walked around both cemeteries, down the road toward home
and back to town again.
Went straight through town and over to and around the industrial park.
Then to the ball park loop.
A tree fell down along the path.
Half way through walking it rained and I did get pretty wet this time.
The rain stopped after a while and even saw the sun for a little while
to dry me out and then it went back to just being cloudy.
Nothing going on around town.
Didn't see anyone and not many cars around either.
Seemed more like a Sunday morning.

Went to the library to meet the ladies for a morning of stitching.
Only 3 of us there this time.
We all had knitting projects to work on.
I also came home with two more books to read!!
For lunch I had an old favorite of mine,
a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich and a glass of milk.
Worked some more on the cross stitch.
I'll have to take a picture and show my progress.
Also sat out on the porch and did some reading again.
Hope you all enjoyed your Saturday.
Thanks for stopping by.

Debby - There are all kinds of trees here. Oak, Maples, Beech, Walnut, just to name a few.
Janice - We have 21 acres of land which backs up to The Savage River State Park, but it isn't shown in the picture.

Hi Karen. We had a heavy downpour of rain here today too. We have been quite dry, so a good soaking rain was a blessing. I love PBJ sandwiches too and take one to school for my lunch almost every day. See you again soon!
Your Saturday sounds refreshing...knitting with the ladies at the library, more books to read and Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich with a glass of milk for lunch! Doesn't get much nicer than that.
Yes, I would love to see continuing photos of your progress on the cross-stitch! I have been thinking of trying it myself. I used to do crewel work and had some framed and hung.
PBJ’s are still a favorite for me. I eat them at least 2-3 times in a week.
...I'm glad that the dead tree didn't fall on the bench.
try PBJ on a rice cake for a delicious change from bread Karen, still a great choice!
A peanut butter and jelly sandwich is not something I will reach for but if I have one it is fine. BUT, give me crackers and peanut butter with either Ice water or iced tea, and I can eat it any time. I have that for breakfast a lot of times...What is funny, is a lot of morns it is just okay, but then the next day I can't wait to have it. I always like it on hot days...
I would love to see your cross stitch work! Have a lovely weekend!
I haven't had a PB&J sandwich in a long time!
Sounds like a good day. I hope you do show your cross stitch. I used to do so much of that, but now haven't done any in some time.
We got a couple heavy rainfalls yesterday but mostly cloudy for the rest of the day.
I like peanut butter and raisins sandwich.
God bless.
We only had a small shower here! Hubby and I love PB&J, YUM!
Take care, have a wonderful week ahead.
Thanks for answering me. Cornfields all around my mom when I went to her house last weekend. It brings in the deer so one needs to drive carefully. Janice
I had a peanut butter and jely sandwich yesterday for lunch. I still eat them once or twice a week.
Wow, you have 21 acres of land! that is wonderful. You can have all the walks in the woods you want!!
Oh boy, that peanut butter and jelly sandwich is calling to me. Glad you were easily dried off! :)
We finally got rain too. I used my umbrella when we walked but luckily we were back before the rain got heavy. We would have gotten soaked. I sat on the porch and watched it come down.
