Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Cupcakes

Town still not good for walking so got most of my walking steps
done inside.

After breakfast Ken and I went outside and shoveled the driveway.
I then walked around outside a little bit.

We then went food shopping at Casselmans Market and stopped in at the
hardware store in the same strip mall.

After lunch I baked cupcakes.
This time for the teens at church for tomorrow evening.
A few of them have birthdays coming up and it was for that.
I made chocolate and lemon.

Read some more of my book.
I'm about half finished with it already.
Hard for me to put down.

Having hamburger and fries for supper this evening.
Already formed the burgers just have to broil them.
The French Fries will be made in the air fryer.

Happy Tuesday and thanks for stopping by.

Tom - Yes it is Fiestaware on my hutch.  I've collected it for years.  I like the 6 original 6 colors.  My Fiestaware is old, don't have any of the new.

Dianna - I bought the shaker boxes years and years ago in a little shop in Gettysburg.

Yes those cup cakes look delicious. Boy oh boy I can understand getting the exercise inside. but you also got a lot shoveling. ALSO enjoyed yesterdays photos.
Neat idea to keep up with the change you find while doing the steps.
Thinking of you Down this way. enjoyed the visit..

There is just something about cupcakes over a large cake...I can't eat just one. And the mini cupcakes are even more tasty. Yeah, I like cupcakes so I approve. They look delicious and I'm sure the teens will appreciate them.

No snow here, it's really so unusual for us at this time of the year.
Those teens will be very happy with your cupcakes.
I have some fiesta ware too and I like it.

Hi Karen. Those cupcakes all look delicious! The teens at your church are very lucky! Interesting that you got your shaker boxes in Gettysburg. Charly and I are thinking of going back to Gettysburg because it is such an interesting place. We went there years ago too. We are supposed to get some snow (finally!) this weekend. We need it for the water it provides, but I am glad the winter weather held off until after Christmas and our trip to St. George. Have a good Wednesday. See you then!

We may see some snow here this weekend, we'll see.
Take care, have a great day!

I hate shoveling. Thankfully we didn't get enough snow to have to do any.
The cupcakes look delicious. I'm sure they'll be very appreciated.
Burger and fries sounds pretty good too
