Happy Thanksgiving
33 degrees this morning when I went walking.
It was calm and sunny.
Sunrise 7:12
Walked 5.7 miles
I saw Rebecca walking Leo and Lisa and Dwayne walking.
Otherwise town was deserted.
Only a handful of cars drove by.
Walked down the main road through town and down to the curve
in the road where I turned around and headed back.
Took a detour around the industrial park and then back to the pond.
Once around the lower cemetery and that ended my walk.
Thankful for an early morning walk, watching the sunrise, and
for a brand new day.

Got the turkey in the oven, the table set and a few other
things ready before David and Liz came over.
Enjoyed the day and time spent with David and Liz.
Of course we ate too much but you have to expect that on Thanksgiving.
It's been a wonderful day and for that I am thankful.

Mike, Michael and I went over to Patty and John's house for Thanksgiving. Her two children and their husbands were there. Two of their grandkids were there too as well as the three of us. It was a nice afternoon. Of course, yummy food and good company! Very thankful indeed!
I liked seeing all the recipes that you have listed on your blog also.
I like meringue cookies too! I have never tried to make them myself.

Hi Karen. Sounds like you had a very nice Thanksgiving. So glad that David and Liz could come over. We went to our daughters and had a very nice time with our daughter, her husband and our grandchildren. It was a wonderful day and a blessing to us. See you again tomorrow!
