Linking up today with Eileen for Saturday's Critters.
Saw a few of them on my walk this morning around the Farm Loop.
First up this llama peeking around the back of the barn
at Farmer Bill's place.
Next up five chickens.
Did you spot number five walking out of the barn door?
Here's one that stopped to smell the flowers.
Finally these two young cows over at the Dairy Farm.
They both came running across the pasture to see me and walked along
the fence with me.
It was 50 degrees and cloudy on my morning walk today.
After walking the Farm Loop I walked the last 2 miles
around town.
🐄 🐓
Went out front and got some more weeding done in the front garden
while Ken was up at the new house working on the drainage again.
That was in the morning.
After lunch we drove over to Uniontown to The Home Depot
and Lowe's. Checked out both stores and bought
three ceiling fans and four lights.
Fans for living room and the two bedrooms.
Lights for over the kitchen sink, the island in the kitchen,
(Not a built in island but a high top table)
the dining room, and mud room.
While we were in town also went in Hobby Lobby
and Michael's. I bought some pretty white and yellow
yarn that was on sale to knit a baby blanket.
To top the day off we went to Red Lobster for dinner.
I had flounder, shrimp scampi, baked potato, and a salad.
Everything was delicious.
Home now for a nice quiet evening.
Going to watch an episode of Midsummer Murders,
do some knitting
and of course eat ice cream.

And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth,
which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind,
and every winged fowl after his kind:
and God saw that it was good.

Lovely seeing all of your critter photo's - I think the llama is playing peek-a-boo!
All the best Jan
How awesome would it be to have llamas? They are so cute.
The llama is so cute looking around the corner.
I wonder if the picture of the lawn and lovely flowerbed is at your current house. It looks amazing. Granny Marigold
No, it's along the Farm Loop that I walk.
...looks like you found Old McDonald's Farm!
An alpaca! I LOVE THEM.
Your front garden is just so colourful! What a welcome to all who visit.
I found it interesting what you said about the cows. I find that cows will do that sort of thing, but we have a Bison herd just out of town and they won't even look at a vehicle or a person.
Have. great Sunday.
The llama is so cute! A fun post.
Not my garden but one I see along my walk.
Llamas make me laugh. They look so funny. I like to watch chickens and they are also so photogenic.

You create such good days for yourself, which is an inspiration to me.
I love farm animals...and that Llama looks so adorable. I am always inspired by you Happyone!Thank you.. :)
I like the llama. I keep telling my husband that we need one.....
Love all the critters, but especially the chickens. Sounds like you had a busy, busy day!
I always love seeing animals. I would love to have a llama like that one!Red Lobster sounds good. We haven't been there in years.
That header captures a cozy, country spot. It's fun to see the animals now housed in barns across the country. Quite a lot of exotic types. So much getting accomplished at your house these days. It's coming together fast.
I think this is the first time I have visited your blog (came over from Saturday's Critters), and I will be back. What a positive attitude you have - I love it! And your sense of humor just made me giggle - a chicken stopping to smell the tulips!!! Enjoy the rest of your week!
I like the farm animals. You had a fun day. I am finally retired and hope to enjoy more free time and days that just flow. We both really like Midsommer Murders.
Congratulations on your retirement. : ) More time for hiking!!
