This was taken on Sunday when I was out walking.

Guess what?
Woke up, looked out of the window and you guessed it
more snow coming down
and another day of getting my steps inside.
By the way, once my month of exercise class with the Balancing Ball
ended I decided not to go back to the fitness center.
It sounded like a great idea and I was excited about it
but it's just not for me.
Besides on these days when I could use it, it is closed because
of the weather.

I had this old window frame sitting around and for the longest time
I've wanted to add a few touches to it and hang it up.
I bought the little wreath and the stars a while back for it.
Added an old curtain that I had and a sting of leaves.
Ken helped and here it is hanging on the wall.
Got another puzzle started. This one of a fox sitting on a log
looking at a butterfly.
Also got some reading done.
A pretty quite day around home.
By late afternoon the snow stopped and the sun came out.
We went to Brenda's for supper.
Here's what I had.
A happy day to you.

I just remembered I need to wear green tomorrow
Both windows are wonderful! Love what you did with the old frame and leaves!
Another beautiful post. That first photo is stunning; I think you should enter it in your county fair :)
Karen, your window is adorable! I love the way it looks hanging on the wall. Your salad looks delicious. I love spinach salad...especially if there are strawberries in it.
The green is upon us. I like what you did with that window. Cute! We finally had sunshine today and Dear and I were able to get out and walk. I think I've given up on gyms, too.
A lovely post.
I just love spinach salad, YUM!
All the best Jan
Love what you done with the window frame...and hope you post a picture of the puzzle. Sounds like one we have done.
...nice use of the old window. I'm on the lookout for a large one with many lights to display family pictures, I haven't found the right one yet. We had beautiful blue skies with drifting snow...cold but nice.
I really like what you did with the old window frame.
Very creative on your snow day. Cute window with the leaves. So many things you can do with those windows, I'm sure you'll have fun with it all year.
I like what you did with that old window. So cute and it would be fun to change for the seasons, if you so desire.
I'm thinking with a dinner like that you could easily rationalize an extra scoop of ice cream :).
I love what you've done with the old window frame, what a lovely idea xx
I just love old windows and hope to get my hands on one/some when we build our farmhouse to decorate with...I like what you've done with yours! That salad looks just like one that I would eat...love me some spinach salad with feta cheese :)
What a beautiful salad! After months of warming soups and grilled sandwiches, it's so nice to have a fresh salad, even when it is still snowing outside :( After a fairly mild winter, it does seem that spring is having a hard time coming down here in the South this year. That's a very pretty window! What a creative idea!
