The stars are always present

The sun was shining this morning but it was only 14 degrees.  It sure was pretty though.   Just a 4.5 mile walk today.  Ran out of time.  Had to get back home to get ready for church.

It was cold but with a clear sky last night and the stars were out.
I mean I could see the stars, they are always there.
Even on cloudy nights, the stars are still there, we just can't see them.

When we are going through hard times,
and it seems as if God does not hear our prayers
and we feel he is not there and has forsaken us.
 We must not listen to those lies of the enemy.
Because God has promised never to leave His followers.

Just like the stars He is still there. : )
In time, when the clouds and hard times are lifted,
His glory will lighten your heart and bring joy in the morning.

Psalm 30:4 and 5
Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his,
and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
For his anger endureth but a moment;
in his favour is life:
weeping may endure for a night,
but joy cometh in the morning.

Hebrews 13:5
Let your conversation be without covetousness;
and be content with such things as ye have:
for he hath said,
I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

A blessed Sunday to you.
Jesus loves you.

  7. Funny thing about the stars in the sky, some of them aren't really there. They died long ago but there so far away that their previous light hasn't reached us yet because they are light-years away. Thus there's stars already born who haven't shined on the Earth yet but will.

    Astronomy is very interesting area of science.

  10. John took one look at that snow and said, "Wow! What did Karen and Ken do to deserve that?" Hahaha...then I read him your post and we were both blessed. Sometimes life is hard and messy, yet He is the reason we continue.

  11. I was camping out this weekend in a remote spot with no ambient light, and loved seeing the stars. Quite different from my well-lit suburban area here.
