Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Peace

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep:
for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety.
Psalm 4:8

The Lord will give strength unto his people;
the Lord will bless his people with peace.
Psalm 29:11

Great peace have they which love the law:
and nothing shall offend them.
Psalm 119:165

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:
not as the world giveth, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled,
neither let it be afraid.
John 14:27

And the peace of God,
which passeth all understanding,
shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:7

A blessed Sunday to you.
Jesus loves you.

This reminds me of a statistic I heard awhile back. The United States has been around for well over 200 years but most of it's history we've been at war with something. We've apparently only had 21 years of peace.
