Doe and fawns over by the industrial park.
Took the picture Sunday morning.

When I started walking this morning it was 64 degrees and the sky was a mix of sun and clouds. Started around the Farm Loop route and when I got to the school which is almost a mile away, felt the first drops of rain and noticed the rainbow in the sky.
A long quiet road along the farm loop.
George a man I know from town passed by me once and we waved. Just a
short while later back he comes with a rain coat for me. I told him
thanks so much but I don't mind getting wet, the rain is keeping me
cool. Thought that was so nice.
A cow family along the way.
Instead of walking around town when I got back near home I walked up the hills behind my house. It never rained hard but it was a steady light rain and I was pretty wet by the time I got back home.
Walked 5.4 miles.
Found a penny.

After breakfast the sun came back out and Ken went and got some more lumber for the cabin. I stayed home and did my morning routine around the house. It was supposed to rain in the afternoon but it was a sunny day after all.Ken ended up at HT all day while I was at home. Got a bit more cleaning done and today the cabinet under my bathroom sink got a good clean out.
Then I got to spend some time on the front porch reading.
That's it for today.
Hope you enjoyed your day.

Love the picture of the deer family. We actually saw a deer crossing the road when we were out on Sunday evening. Development around here has encroached on their habitat in the worst kind of way. Another good accomplishment cleaning under the sink! I've got to get busy with that as well!
A deer family and a rainbow too. Wow, how wonderful to see such amazing things on your daily walks.
I would give anything for temperatures in the 60s. I thought it seemed a bit cooler tonight and went out to work in the yard for awhile. The temperature may have been lower, but the humidity about did me in.
I found a dime today and thought of you :).
The doe and her fawns are beautiful. A man like George, proves that there are still good people around. :)
I love the picture of the deer in the meadow. Wow your cabin will be finished before you know it. Hope you have a great Wednesday tomorrow!
Hello, the quote is perfect for you. You love the early morning walks. I love the deer and fawns and the cows. And the scenery and rainbow shots are lovely. Have a happy day!
The doe family is such a great picture. Worthy of framing. It looks like it belongs in a Fairy Tale book.
Your friends and neighbors are bound to take good care of you! Have another beautiful day!
I agree with that quote! That was nice to be offered a raincoat.
I agree with Meta. Rob said "it doesn't even look real; it looks like a picture!" All of your pictures are very good. Cleaning out a closet or a cabinet gives me a great sense of accomplishment, too. MJ
Looks like Mama Doe was keeping an eye on you. :) They're so pretty. How sweet of George to try to keep you dry. Glad you were able to get some things done around the house, and still have some time to kick back and relax.
Beautiful capture of the Deer Family :)
Gorgeous photos as always. Isn't George thoughtful!
The fawns are cute. I always like seeing rainbows. We saw a beautiful one a couple of weeks ago over the ocean in South Carolina.
