Light snow showers and 22 degrees this morning but just a slight breeze so I got to walk outside again. Started out at 7:00 and went to the post office to drop a another Netflix in the slot. The little bit of snow made it hard to tell where the ice was so I stayed on the main road where I knew the shoulders were clear.
Walked to the end of Barn Sale Road and back again. No ice there either.
I heard a woodpecker but couldn't see it. Walked passed the cows but they were too busy eating to walk over to the fence this morning. The only birds I seem to see lately are crows.
I saw the woman who walks with the ear phones. She says good morning to me now when I see her.
Two days in a row for an outside walk - hope tomorrow is another one. : )
I walked 6 miles.

Right after breakfast we left for church and spent the whole day there doing the Fingerprint Ministry which is putting the book of Romans in Spanish together. We do that once a month. Today I learned how to use the stapler machine. I figure I did good because I didn't staple my finger. : )I didn't finish knitting the scarf last night. Maybe tonight.
Remember Krista who just had a baby a couple of weeks ago who I knitted the sweater for? Her baby Cohen went to the hospital this afternoon with RSV which is a respiratory virus. Please say a prayer for little Cohen. Thank You.
Hope your day has been sunny and bright.

Couldn't find who said this quote but I think it is a good one. Any one know who said it?
The tongue has no bones
but is strong enough to break hearts.
Mind your words.

I'm so sorry to hear about baby Cohen! RSV is a serious illness, especially for one as young as he is.
I chuckled when you mentioned not stapling your finger! I would have been sure to do that! Just my usual gracefulness.:-)
I've wondered about your mother. Is she improving?
I'm glad you didn't encounter much ice on your walk. That can be treacherous! Prayers for the little one.
Lovely images. I will keep baby Cohen in my prayers.. I love the quote, it is so true! Happy Friday and have a great weekend!
Prayers for little Cohen's return to perfect health.
When I first saw 'Fingerprint Ministry,' I thought you were going to say you were helping to fingerprint school children. (We used to do that with our local Lions Club when we lived in Arizona.) :-)
Looks really cold in your pictures today but I see that your temperature is better.
I like the quote at the end of your post. I am currently reading The Power of Your Words by Pastor Robert Morris. It is excellent!
I'm behind on reading posts this week but hope to get caught up soon.

What a hard time it must be for Cohen's parents. Prayers for them all.
I'm glad you're staying clear of the ice. I get very nervous when there is ice about which doesn't happen too often here.
Oh gosh, I am sorry to hear about little Cohen. I will include him in my prayers. I can imagine how concerned his parents must be.
I hope the little baby is OK.
How is your mother doing? I've been thinking about her.
Oh this is one time I am glad that I read backwards so that I know the baby is doing much better. Phew!
